I really love my Samsung Galaxy tablet. It is the second one I have had and the first was excellent. I felt the need for a new one and gave the first one to my sister and it is still going strong for her. It has great speed. I like the 7" screen because it fits in my hands really well. I highly recommend this tablet to anyone interested in having a good dependable tablet.
I bought this just to store & play music at my gigs (I'm a solo performer/saxophonist). I'll probably very rarely go online with it , so I wasn't concerned about the latest OS, etc. I'm familiar with Samsung tablets, so this is perfect for me. The screen is good for my needs. Of course, graphics are good. I did order a 64GB chip for more storage room. It hooks up to my PA system & sounds great; even has bluetooth connectivity (which I haven't used yet). It holds all of my backing tracks (& between-set music) with ease. The Google Play app let's me make playlists of the music I store from my home computer. Of course, this tab will do other things, but that about sums it up for me. Just what I needed at a nice price.
Great little tablet for the price. Love that it comes in white and black. I bought 2 for each of my boys and they have their own color so no fighting. Works fast and love that it has a front camera as well. My only complaint would be the lack of memory that comes with it, but there is a slot for a memory card so easy fix.
I've owned this tablet for about a year and have not experienced one problem or glitch. It is very reliable the web research that I sometimes do as well as keeping up with the news, current events, weather, email and it takes good videos and photos. In other words I LIKE IT. The micro SD expandable memory is also a big plus to store my files and photos. Excellent value tablet!
Very good value for a price. Well made and not too heavy. Great choice for a basic needs such as reading, web surf etc. Highly recommended!
I Recently (2 weeks ago) bought brand name tablet ( I wish I could write the brand) because of the features they were offering for the price paid. It took me 4 days to find out it was not the right tablet for the purpose needed ( toddler + occasional reading) . It freezes very often and charges very slow. Two days ago I bought this Galaxy Tab A6 7" as an alternative... and We are loving it! +Bright screen! + outdoor screen mode ( almost better than my Galaxy S6) +Simple interface +Kids mode is the best in its kind so far. very easy to use for kids. +Many apps choices +Expandable storage Micro SD - the only thing I wish it was better is price point! not expensive for all it comes with though.
This tablet is just what I wanted. It's small enough to fit in my purse yet big enough to read my ebooks without strain.
Bought this tablet a month ago perfect for watching movies on the go. I also use it when I fly my drone. Perfect!
After two Asus tablets that broke within two years, this one tops all tablets I've seen for the quality. I use this thing for everything, everyday (I don't have a phone), and now at two years and a half is still going without any issue as it always has, except the battery doesn't charge as well as when I got it. But get this - I bought it refurbished. And still, it's great. The features are a little scarce - it doesn't have app predicting AI or crazy camera options, but the main use was never targeted toward that for me more than the price. The camera is okay. An example picture is included. I honestly use this more for editing pictures than taking them. The performance is okay, compared to the higher-end availabilities offered. It can lag a bit if a lot of heavy apps are running. It isn't lightning fast when navigating around either. It also actually fits in my jeans pocket, with a bit of patients. If you can afford it, get a 32gb. 8 is NOT enough, and I have no games or pictures on internal - just a few office-related constantly-updating apps. It runs Android 5.1.1 which is a little outdated for me, and I've been running out of storage for about a year now with my 8gb. These are both reasons I am getting a new phone now (Google Pixel), but I may still keep this nifty tab for the in-between computer and phone moments for picture editing, research, reading and video watching.
Price was right for what I was looking for. Operates fine, but not near the battery-life I was expecting. Needs recharging after 4 to 5 hrs, and that's without continuous use. and the biggest drawback, will Not charge without using the 110 volt adapter. Tried plugging it in using the USB connection to my computer, no good. Will only accept AC charge. So no car charging. Guess it has to stay home.
