I bought this lock a couple weeks ago and it has totally changed my smart home environment. The lock looks great and performs amazing. It works via wifi or bluetooth but I have been using the finger print reader exclusively. No more getting locked out of the house and when I take the dog for a walk it is nice to know I don't need to carry my keys.

I was a little skeptical when I bought it because of the price but I've had it for a month and I love it. It is sturdy, good looking, and love that it can connect to wifi with the bridge and be armed and disarmed from wherever you are. It has many features on the app as well. I installed it about a month ago and have received many compliments and have been asked where I purchased it. I highly recommend it!
Bought Lockley Smart Lock just over a month ago and love, love, love keyless entry!! I don't even have to carry keys anymore unless I drive my car!! Installation was quick and easy to program! We usually use fingerprint entry for ourselves. Would be nice if a deadbolt plate cover was sold though to cover it nice after removing old door knob. Definitely will recommend to friends and family!
I received my Lockly Smart Lock on June 22nd. I thought the installation would be complicated but after reading the instructions I had my new Smart Lock installed within 30 to 45 minutes. I am still amazed at everything this lock can do! You have accessibility to unlock your door manually with a key, by putting in an access code on the touchscreen, by using the Lockly app on your mobile phone or by fingerprint (which is my favorite)! You can assign codes to trusted users (permanent codes) or guest users (temporary codes). You can allow guests to access your home by sending them a one-time specific access code by text, (which will be different for each guest). You can determine the amount of time that code will be good for, as in 1 hour, 1 week or for months; and you have the full ability to delete any code at any time you choose to deny access to any person! Through the Lockly mobile app you can monitor who is coming in and out of your home, with the timestamp, and how they accessed your lock, (mobile, manually, touchscreen or by fingerprint). This lock also comes with a door sensor and a Wi-Fi smart hub to keep you connected and informed at all times. This lock is amazing, IT'S THE BENTLEY OF SMART LOCKS! I had bought and installed the Nest smart lock but returned it bc it seemed too flimsy and didn't have a sensor and fingerprint and somebody could easily look over your shoulder and see your passcode. The Lockly is by far the best choice with better features and is much sturdier. So far I've been highly impressed.
I bought the LOCKLY Secure Pro and it is a great product. I highly recommend it over other smart door locks. The quality is superior made very solid, it has so many options to unlock the door like finger print, keypad, key, and cell phone application. It is Bluetooth & WiFi too not like other smart door locks that only Bluetooth it can be unlocked from anywhere. Also, it comes with a door sensor that notifies you when the door opens/closes and by whom. It is easy to setup and the application options like sending e-badge to anyone with having them having the LOCKLY application is amazing!
Installed the lock a couple of days ago. Got the secure pro deadbolt model in Venetian bronze. Not to hard to install, or program. Works great with codes and fingerprints. Auto lock feature is great to know the house will always be secure. My only complaint is the wired sensor. I ordered a lock that's mostly black and dark bronze colored. But the wired sensor and the sensor magnet that came with this lock are white. They really stand out, in a negative way, from the overall looks of the whole locking system. My personal opinion, is that these parts should be black for the Venetian bronze lock. Other than that, we are happy with the lock.
The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is due to the lock not having the capability to be re-keyed. You will need to have it's key for backup and another for any other doors you may have whether Lockly or conventional. You can't even re-key other locks with Lockly key as it's not compatible. That aside, it is such a convenient device, easy to install, accessible from anywhere and the features it has are simply practical. Fingerprint access without the need for looking for your keys or to even punch in codes was a plus. The smart keypad makes it stand out and above other locks where you don't even need to worry about anyone seeing you key in your code as it's never in the same place. Finally a log to keep track of who actually accessed the lock!
Bought about a month ago. The basic lock installed quickly & without a problem. The BILT app instructions were great. Only problem sometimes is getting finger between door frame onto reader. Also with such a small distance for WiFi we are still trying to get that to work along with the door closed sensors. Would be nice to be able to have a print reader on lock opposite of door jamb. Also to have an easier WiFi connect. But overall a great product.
