This air purifier is simply amazing. Leave it on automatic mode and forget it's there!! The Shark is very quiet. Once it's starts sensing dirty air it will begin to clean the air. Once air is near 100% it will power down automatically.

I have Asthma, and suffer from severe allergies that will trigger asthma attacks, i was thrilled to try this out! It will work in a large area, and the instructions were very easy to understand. Basically just plug it in, and power it up. It also comes with a remote control, for an extra convenience. You can set it to automatically adjust the fan speed, or you can adjust the speed yourself. It also has a setting where you can see the different percentages of the different levels of air quality from the different allergens. It also has a setting that let's you know how many hours left you have on your filter in it, before it needs changed. Since using this, I've noticed I'm not sneezing or wheezing nearly as much anymore. This Shark air purifier really does a great job, and I wouldn't want to do without it now! I HIGHLY recommend this product!

There is a QR code that can be scanned if you use those, and the websites for full instructions and for replacement parts are also printed on the packaging. The black unit is attractive and inconspicuous in our 20x30 foot living room where it easily handles the dog dander from our 3 small dogs, dust, pollen, cooking and other miscellaneous odors, and undesirable air particles. When one of us opens an outside door on our rural home, the clean air level drops as exterior air enters the room and rises again once the door is shut and the unit quickly cleans the air. Just a glance at the front display gives us real-time readings, and the top display provides the essential information to adjust the settings if necessary. The website also provides excellent step-by-step written and video instructions for setup and ongoing operation. I did not need or want a machine that required a smartphone or some other "smart integration", just one that anyone could set up and use immediately with no confusion about what to do next or how to operate it. After nearly 2 months of use, I can say with confidence that it is efficient, effective, reliable, and user-friendly, everything I want in an affordable Air Purifier.

It takes care of pet odor (I have a dog) and allergens, so that I don't have to worry about sneezing as much. I love that it provides real-time data regarding how clean the air is and that data is easily visible from a distance. This Shark air purifier was really easy to set up and it's super lightweight, so it's easy to move. I also likes how it lets you know how much longer until you need to change the filter, so it takes away any guess work. This air purifier is keeping my home's air cleaner than ever. I can breathe easy with the Shark air purifier in my living room.

I absolutely love this product , i have 3 dogs and i could not believe the difference it made , the air feels lighter and cooler with absolutely no traces of animal or cooking smells and a clear reduction of dog hair and dust in the house,the filters are ling lasting and efficient.Finally i can have a good deep breath .
The Shark 6 is a great air purifier. Most of the time you don't know it's running unless you look st it. When it detects air contaminants, it ramps up automatically, assuming you have it in auto mode. . Fan speed is noticeable at its higher speeds but then it is cleaning what it needs to and adjusts to lower speeds as it cleans the air. Cats don't mind it either. Looks good too. Easy to move if needed with carry handles

If you care about your well being and the air you breathe then your gonna love the Shark Air Purifier 6. As someone with seasonal allergies, and kids that are also allergic, this product is a life saver. It measures32" high x17" wide x 9" deep. It has 6 fans inside, and it very quiet. Its pretty compact, and can easily slide into spaces. It has a air quality sensor giving you a "air score", with 100 being the cleanest. It has a air intake through the filters on the back that spread the clean air on both left and right sides to distribute throughout the room. It was packaged great. No excess of anything so high five to their sustainability. Overall its a great product and well built, compact, quiet, and seems to do exactly what it says. Its a great addition to my appliances.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros 1. It is extremely quiet. You can't hear the 6 fans that are whirring inside at several thousand RPM's even at the highest speed setting. 2. It gives 3 different air cleanliness metrics depending on particle size, which appears to be quiet accurate compared to a medical grade device. 3. This device can easily purify a large size room/hall. 4. The user interface is as intuitive as it can get. You don't have to go through the manual to operate this device. It is pretty straightforward. 5. The remote control is handy and pretty much you can operate the entire device using the included remote control. 6. The design is slim, portable and very mobile. Cons These are not deal breakers but hopefully it will be improved upon. 1. The remote control needs a direct line of sight and cannot operate round the corner. 2. Lack of Wifi support 3. Lack of reusable HEPA filter. 4. It would have been great to have a longer cord length. 5. There are two displays however when one is turned off , the other one also turns off. It would have been nice if it can be controlled independently.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love our new Shark air purifier! It has a modern sleek design that makes it look fancy. It's not heavy and has handles so it makes it very easy to move from one room to the other. It comes ready to use, just take out of the box and plug-in ready. I scanned the QR code provided and saw a video that gives very simple instructions on how to operate. I set mine up in my room, which gets very dusty and stuffy. I set it about 4"in away from the wall and plugged it in. That easy! It has 2 screens that are very easy to read. One on the front side and one on the top. One thing I loved about the screens is that there is an option to dim the screens, so at night that's what I do, since I have to have it completely dark to be able to sleep. On the top screen it tells you the air quality of the room and the type of allergens there is, if any. And if it's not 100%, it lets you know how long it will take to clean air. I personally like to have it on auto and just leave it. It will do it's thing on it's own. If you don't have it on auto it will give you options on how fast you want it to filter the air. So I definitely recommend the auto option. There is also a timer you can set, if you will be leaving your house. Overall, this I'm very pleased with our Shark Air Purifier.
