The steam mop works Great, I also bought 3 Extra Steamer Pads to. works perfectly to clean your floors.
I love this. Super easy to chance soiled mop pockets. No touch.
Love the 2 doubled-sided mop cloths that come with the steam mop and the additional smaller mop head for hard to access areas. Overall, the Shark is comparable if not better than my Bissel model that died on me after 5 years.
This was a simple purchase at a great price. The steam mop was easy to assemble and use. My marble bathroom floors turned out great! Very happy with this mop.
Cleans very well— the cloth cleaning towels that come with the steamer is next to impossible to get all the dirt washed off to the original white and grey color.
Water doesn't heat up to sanitized
Walmart sent me a damaged box mop but they charged me full price.. Nothing was damaged but this should be billed at open box price.
The box was dirty and wasn't even taped well. Nothing was wrapped in plastic. One of the mop heads were on the mop and looked used. Very dissatisfied. I called customer service and all they could do for me is give me was a refund and a pickup. Wasn't given the option of a replacement. Also, the agent hung up on me in mid call.
Immediately took out of box and motor does not work. Makes a popping sound. This is the second SHARK that hasn't worked immediately out of the box. Quality has definitely gone down hill.
When the box arrived it wasn't secure at all.. opened the box to the mop pad sitting on top. I'm pretty sure this was a return and they just sent it back out. I instantly called Walmart. They are sending out a new one. We will see how this goes
