The different suction modes it offers depending on floor type is really nice, it does get a great amount of dirt/dust off. But the battery life is super short, probably 30-35 long and then another hour wait for a proper charge. So it's better to use it for 15-20 min then put it back to charge right away.
I absolutely love this vacuum. I had the exact same model for about two years prior to this, the battery eventually died, so I replaced it with a cheaper model. Worst mistake of my life. Three months later I bought this, it's worth every penny. Great suction, large canister, long battery charge. Even if I have to replace it every couple of years because the battery dies I will do it.
very happy with this vacuum. not to heavy , charge last long enough, the ability to store the hand vac on the main section is a space saver . the only thing is the web page said a crevice and dust tool included. I did not get the dusting tool but will keep the vacuum.
Their wasn't anything I didn't like I love this product
This vacuum charged very quickly, is very light weight and easy to assemble. The attachment is perfect for crevices and in the car. You will have the option of floor setting. And also a trigger for a power boost when needed. This is definitely worth the money!
I like the ease of using a stick vacuum. What I didn't realize is the roller is a brush therefore you have to clean it every time or every couple of times to get the hair out or whatever else is wrapped around the roller. I still like the vacuum though.
cordless is nice and the filter is great. the size is perfect. the section is satisfactory and picks up pet hair well. it seems to work better on carpet than tile. the release mechanism is a little clunky and the brush roll can not be fully removed. but overall a great vacuum for my little house.
Not happy at all with this Shark purchase. Bulky up top. Heavier than expected and doesn't stand alone. Must stand against a wall. Does not lean on anything without sliding down. Don't like that you have to hold an extra handle to get a decent suction. If you don't hold the finger switch you get this puny suction. It hardly picks up kitty litter on a bare floor so pet hair on carpet or furniture will probably not be that good either. Very very disappointed in this Shark purchase
This 70 y.o. female was unable to use this product. Way too top heavy. The machine wiggles all over the place. If you're balanced, and like to dance, this vacuum is for you! Sadly, it was too much for me. Very easy return, with great customer service. I love Walmart. Thanks!
I bought the shark vacuum from the Black Friday sale with $190 and received a whole different brand and a whole different vacuum that costs only $50. Very disappointed, because I can't even return it now because Walmart associates are being very complicate.
