Let me start out by saying that I refuse to give sirius xm my bank card info, which is why I bought the gift card. If you already have active service with sirus and a bank card on file with them, you'll have no problem going online and adding the gift card yourself. If you're like me, and refuse to give bank card info to sirius and wanted only the gift card to pay for the service… you'll be on the phone with sirius for quite a while, until they do what you need them to. They'll tell you that you must have a debit or credit card on file just to activate sirius xm radio, and then you can add gift cards if you want to avoid recurring charges. They'll try to persuade you to get different deals like the platinum plan $8 something per month, and then they'll send you an invoice when it renews for $31 per month since you don't want to add a debit or credit card. You can pay for the invoices with money orders. lol One way or another, they'll try to sucker you in. I finally got them to do $4.99 a month for 6 months, with no renewal, and $13.58 remains a credit on my account after 6 months is up. I'll probably order another gift card before that time is up, and add it… tell sirius that I want the same plan I have now… music only showcase, $4.99 a month, no renewal. It's a pain to deal with sirius, and even to use only the gift card.. but it can be done. I told them that it doesn't make sense to offer gift cards if we have to put in a debit or credit card to activate service. If I gave them my debit or credit card, it would defeat the purpose in going through the trouble of buying gift cards! lol

Don't Do It! They Still Want Your Credit Card!!!!

Welp, this is junk! I went to sign up for 3 months for $1 then its $7.99 month after. Purchased this $15 gift card to keep the hassle of putting my credit card in there to keep from calling in to cancel because they are GOD AWFUL to Cancel and get your card removed!!! NOPE it didn't by pass the Credit Card Field!!! It very much accepts the Gift Card but it STILL wants your Name, Phone Number which is all fine BUT when you hit "Review Order" the Credit Card section turn RED asking for information!! Guys, don't buy this if you are trying to avoid putting your CC info with these people. See attached screenshot of the sign up page and the details I highlighted! What a JOKE...I pretty much lost $15 because I REFUSE to call these people to add this $15 to my OLD account. Not only this, when I tried to take advantage of the 3 months for $1 and $7.99 there after....I went to siriusxm.com/free-trial-player and that site location states "FREE for 3 months then $10.99 a month" LOL! If I go to https://www.siriusxm.com/offers/you-choose?intcmp=HPSimplehero_NA_www:Home_Unidentified_GETSIRIUSXM3MOFOR1 there it ells me 3 months for $1 then $7.99 month!! Are you serious? Freaking Crooks Man...how you going to offer $7.99 month at one link then another say $10.99 month???? Wow....just steer clear of buying a gift card unless you have an account and just want that credit which is pointless anyway because they will want a Credit Card I'm guessing for back up so they can charge away and then having to call them people....Awweee HECK NO MAN!!!! This review was posted on April 14th, 2022 and I can bet they wont be taking the Credit Card section out for those that have Gift Cards. Just beware before you purchase this or ANY Sirius Gift Card!

Stay away of Sirius XM gift cards.

I bought the prepaid card and when I tried to redeem at Sirius XM did not work, just got a message saying ''There was a problem processing your gift card''. Basically threw to the trash can 15 bucks.
