HelloTech installed my video doorbell. The process was professional and quick. I was taught how to use the video doorbell app and all of my questions were answered. This was my first experience with HelloTech and plan to use them again for a computer repair. Thank you HelloTech!
Great service! I had two things to install, it was easy to call HelloTech to add the second smart thing. My original product was defective and I had no problem getting a refund. The tech tried really hard! He let HelloTech know that it wasn't installed. I called them and they said the funds would be returned. I chatted with WalMart a few days later and they processed the last step to get the refund.
They sent someone named Jonathon and he did great. My camera didnt arrive until 8 pm and the appointment was 7. He was flexible and let me wait until it got there and came and installed it anyways. He said he worked as late as 10 and was in the area. I was so pleased with how well he helped install it. And highly recommend them.

Wow. Carlos was amazing. He was patient as and professional as he sorted through numerous issues with installation that were no fault of his own. I will be requesting Carlos every time. I can't imagine anyone else better. He rectified a problem that wasn't even his responsibility and was a screw up by my basement contractor. I didn't expect someone who was here to install my doorbell would be so good. Carlos was a godsend and I highly recommend him!
Nico was great. However the reason we hired HelloTech was not accomplished. This was the second time we hired HelloTech to install our home security system. Both times the job did not get done. I expected the first team to report to Nico what needed to get done. He did not have their insight on what needed to get done. He tried hard but left without the system working
