I have used this product for at least 3 years. As I've aged, (77), my hair, nails %26 skin had all gotten thinner but Biotin has made a definite improvement in my nails. I wish I had started sooner in life for my skin and hair to have benefited.
when I lost my hair from the 1st chemo, I took this for several months until it grew back. It was as thick as before on my 6th of 7th, it started to get extremely thin. it was as bad or worse because it was fried %26 thin looking. stopped the treatment because the cancer was continuing to grow, so you switich treatments when they don't work for you. 1st, it went from breast into bones 37 different bones. then it has gone into the brain and has had radiation %26 2 surgeries right occipital lobe 2021. left frontal Lobe in 2022. The Dr said we may just have to play the WHACKO MO ( sp?) game.... where you beat a head that pops up Laugh when all else fails someone has it MUCH WORSE THAN I!! I started the vitamin again %26 and again, it has brought back my thick hair %26 my finger nails are growing..... but toes YUK YUK I'm not sure what can help them..... hammer toe YUK nails Blaggg. not getting enough circulation in the feet and ankles. lymphdemomas TRY THIS FOR THIN HAIR for whatever the reason causing it.
I had a friend recommend I take Biotin because my hair was getting really thin and falling out and my nails were always breaking and splitting. About 6 weeks after taking Spring Valley Biotin, I noticed a significant difference in my hair and my nails were getting better. I've been using it for about 4 months now and have a beautiful head of hair and my nails have improved. I take Biotin once a day everyday and will continue to do so. Its amazing!!!!
Have been taking these for a couple months now and can see a difference in my paper thin nails, so its working! The small size and tasteless coating make them easy to swallow. High dosage and good price... Exactly what I was looking for.
After a long illness I noticed I had lost quite a bit of hair. I asked my hairdresser what I should do, %26 she suggested I start taking biotin %26 collagen peptides. I got %26 started taking both daily. After 2 years my hair was thick (%26 my nails were strong %26 healthy). The collagen peptides were effective, but expensive for my budget, so I stopped taking them, but continued taking the less expensive biotin softgels. Now it's been over a year of taking just the biotin, %26 my hair %26 nails still seem to be just as thick %26 healthy. The collagen peptides helped rebuild my hair %26 nail health, but the biotin helped in that process, then has maintained that progress by itself. I'm thankful for that biotin!
I bought it at a great price, There are 250 pills in the bottle and the pills are very petite gel tablets which is easy to swallow. I will buy them again I been using them for about a week and I already see a difference in my hair some of the thinner area's already started to fill in a bit. My nails are usually very thin are beginning to harden. Can't beat the price I have referred this item to my friends on my webpage I was so excited about it.

I like the flexibility and ordering online and picking up when I'm ready. Most of the time everything comes out within just a matter of minutes. On the downside, you don't always get what you order. However it's usually close.
I've been using biotin for years, and suddenly, it's a weird yellow color rather than white. I called and was told it was a new process but she couldn't answer what the jew process was or whether it would stay this way.
I purchased this item for delivery 09/02/22. everything ordered was satisfactory. However, the bottle of Biotin had no exterior plastic seal and when I removed the cap the interior seal was halfway removed. At this point, I became worried about tampering of the medication. I ounted the contents and there were only 202 caplets. i have discarded these pills and request a refund. I have attached a photo for your reference. Pllease acknowledge my concerns.
