i have suffered from insomnia for many years. i was on a prescription which worked fine for me but i developed a DEADLY allergy to it. my dr (in the hospital) put me on melatonin and I had serious doubts. when i got home, i ordered these and i was so pleasantly SHOCKED!! this brand is comparatively inexpensive and who doesn't love shopping at Wal-Mart? i sleep like a baby AND save money...
This melatonin has actually been helping me with my chronic insomnia. i had only tried low dose melatonin previously (1 to 3 mg) and it did not help me. Everything I have read says 10 mg is the highest safe dose, even though they sell 20 mg as well. It is pretty strong at 10 mg, and it makes me drowsy.
Melatonin is a natural sleep aid I take instead of sleeping pills script for me by the doctor. I didn't want to become dependent on the doctor's script nor did I want to overdose on my prescription by accident. I am pleased with the results. Plus vitamin are less expensive.
These seem to help as described but as they work differently, they may not get you to sleep as fast or deeply but you are likely less 'out of it' when you start your day. As of yet, I haven't experienced any negative issues the few times I slept less than a 'full night' while using.

I didn't get this. This is what the box looks like. I cut only the top to open. The box was broken on it's end. it was bleach in it maybe it broke it I don't know? But I didn't order lysol wipes, it was in this box. also I had to retrieve both boxes of bleach and zz quel from 35516 house address and that was a long way to carry bleach jugs 5 jugs and the other products as well. look at the pictures.
Added Lemon Balm causes stomach cramps/vomiting. Don't buy - get melatonin from another company that does not add it. (It has no effect on sleep byway and makes it worse because it irritates anyone I have talked to about using this brand along with my experience with it. Had to throw it away. Waste of money
