Love these vitamins because both of my hands use to swell up because of my hand condition, I forgot what it was called but my hands will swell up or feel tight at times and sometimes ache like crazy. I start taking these vitamins and I have not had any swelling nor have my hands ached at all. I take one everyday and I do feel like I have energy too. These pills work for me. A long time ago a pharmacist recommend I take 1000 mg of Vitamin C to help me with all the colds I kept getting and not to mention allergies. As an adult and having my first child who got me sick a lot with all her viruses, I decided to faithfully take the Spring Valley Natural Vitamin C w/ Rose Hips, 1000mg. Staying on it daily I noticed how much shorter my colds are if I catch something. And I've noticed how I feel one coming on, but I feel my body's defense system working! It is a great product and I highly recommend it! I take it with just the slightest food, never had stomach problems with it like with other vitamins!

I find that Spring Valley Vitamin C really helps towards immunizing me against colds. I have used it repeatedly and strongly suggest it to others. If I have a cold I increase the dosage and find I am usually over the cold in a few days. With added rest, it is all you need.
Walmart in my surrounding area have all stopped selling this. I would like to know where I can get more! A good Timed Release Vitamin C at an affordable price!
Take once per day, A bit big. Hard to swallow. I mix it with pudding to get down.
I wish I had known this is a product of China! It is made there, says it on the bottle. I would never buy any supplements made over seas. We have to know the source of what we are consuming.
