My 2 yr old grand daughter loves this desk, but there is a problem with one of the legs, it seems like it will (eventyally) almost fold under on its self, not sure what the problem is, despite assembling it according to instructions provided. Otherwise, very satisfied with the purchase. She loves tunring the light on and off and hiding things in the seat storage box.
My grandaughter was celebrating her second birthday and I had been searching for the perfect gift. One night while shopping at my local Walmart I saw the Step2 write desk and thought it would be the perfect gift but she lives in Seattle and I live in Hawaii. When I got home I went on line and found the store closest to my grandaughter the next morning I called them up and ordered it thru the site to store program it was great. Not only is it the perfect fit, my son-in-law had no problem assembling it and my grandaughter spends alot of time on it. I get alot of drawings that are very special. Thank you Walmart! I know with the holidays fast approaching you can bet that I will be using this service to purchase all of their xmas gifts. This service is great.
My Son just turned 3 today and he loves writing and coloring we got him this desk for his birthday and thats where he wants to be all day. He loves the write desk. It helps also that way he is not writing on my table. I am so glad we got him this product. i would recommond every parent to get one for their child if they love to write and color. Wonderful Product
My husband and I purchased the Step 2 Write Desk for our 2 year old grandchild. It is the perfect gift for a busy little one who likes to draw, color and write "just like Mommy and Daddy" ~ at a desk! The light adds an authentic grown-up touch and the compartments to store paper and writing tools encourages organizational skills. The color is subtle which helps the desk blend in nicely with all decors. It appears sturdy ~ it has only been used for about a month though. Purchase this product for your favorite 18 month to 3 year old!
We purchased this product for my son for his second christmas and he loved it, he used it for both an art desk and insisted that he had to eat at it also. Their is not a lot of storage space, but for smaller children this desk is great, and you do not have to worry about them flipping their chair over because the seat is built in. My son is now four and he still uses this desk.
I purchased this for my grand daughter's second birthday. It was easy to assemble and so cute. It is the perfect size for her and she enjoys sitting at her BIG GIRL desk doing HER work!!! It was worth every penny.
It was a gift for grandaughter who turned 2. She loves it, loves turning the light off and on. She uses it everyday, her mom said she could use it until she's at least 5 or 6 years old.
I purchased this desk for my granddaughter for her 2nd birthday. She loves to write, draw and color and this desk is great for her to do that. Each time I am over she proudly shows me her markers she has placed in the holders on the top of the desk. She has many and fortunately they only mark on special paper. Then she lifts the seat to show me her stored papers. The light isn't very bright or easy for her to operate.
I was a little skeptical about this desk. But once my son saw it he fell in love. He like to use the desk lamp alot. I like this desk over all the others
I purchased this product for my son's second birthday! I was so excited once I got it together because I knew he was going to love it. He loved it so much that it was broken within the first hour of him playing with it. The top lid (where they draw) split right in half. The box says for 1 1/2 +....not in this case. The desk is a wonderful idea, but not for a 2 year old.
