The Stratford Labs 3.5" ATSC Portable Digital Handheld TV worked very well for me . The antenna on the TV and the portable one that came with it worked very good
i did my homework before i bought this little tv and it does do what it says, and more, it does come with a battery, and you can get a dc cigarette lighter plug (12 volt) , that will work in the car. i am very pleased with this tv...and the ac charger it comes with works well as does the remote...i do however recommend a different car/auto tv antenna for remote areas, the one that comes with it works for the city but as far as in the country, a stronger one is needed.
This is the smallest television I have ever owned and for the price I highly recommend it. Although I do have the advantage of working 70+ feet in the air so reception isn't a problem. However moving around sometime does lose the signal but the instructions state that. You may have to scan for channels a couple of times as I did but I get all local and then some. The biggest advice, go directly to the picture quality settings and simple ajustments will give an outstanding picture.
It's a pocket 3 1/2 inch screen television with an internal rechargeable battery. Not sure how lazy we are as a society, because it also comes with a remote control, something I've never seen before on a pocket television. Another nice feature I've never seen before is the antenna is built in, however, it's not hardwired, and uses a coaxial input, meaning you can attach cable or a satellite to this. Not sure why you'd want to, this television is very small, it's more for your pocket, on the go type action, so plugging in a cable or satellite coaxial wire would be a bit much. Still, when you're at home, and can't get any good reception, that's the way to go. Outside with hardly anything around, the reception is outstanding. Inside, however, you will need that input! I just wish the batteries lasted longer than the 2 to 3 hour range, but it's still great given how analog pocket televisions have all become nothing more than flashlights today.
If your looking for a small, lightweight, portable tv for a very low price, this is the one you want. Honestly i didnt expect much from this item but once i tried it it work great. compact, easy to use and an awesome color picture. pay no attention to the warnings that this tv wont work well in a metal building, im using mine in completely steel and glass building with no problems at all. i love this little tv and ive had great results with mine. go ahead and give it a try, for 40.00 you cant go wrong. enjoy!
This little TV,, absolutely Works. . I gave it a 4 star,, because of its size. . If this baby was a 5" TV,, Five stars it would be.. I am a 48 States Truck Driver...

This obviously does not work in my location...I have tried everything and I cannot get any television stations on it... I am stuck with it because I do not drive, so I am not able to return it to the store or go to the post office, UPS or FedEx so I may send it back... I will NEVER order any electronics on the Walmart site in the future.
I HANE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET ANYTHING ON THIS TV, THE INSTRUCTION ARE NOTWORTH ANYTHING. I need a better instruction book.there is no way to call the straford lab. that is $41.11 I WASTED.
