I bought this product to help humidify my bedroom. I get VERY dry skin in the cold weather, chapped, cracked hands and so on....I wanted a humidifier to add moisture to the room to soften my skin while I slept. I decided a warm mister to help keep the room warm. I also wanted something that could last all night while I was asleep. This product does all that and is a great price. I am pleased with it's performance and I would recommend
This product has been very effective during the nights and maintains enough humidity in my room.
Some people have complained that it doesn't go as long as advertised without a refill. No humidifier I've ever owned does, no car I've owned has gotten the advertised MPG, no MP3 player has held the number of hours of music...so I guess I buy something with lower expectations. But this works long enough (on low) that I can go to work with the tank full and it's still working when I get home...10 hours or so...It keeps the room humidity up and it blow warm. Cleaning is easy and for the money it's a good value.
I bought this humidifier to help out with dry skin in winter and when I was using it in a small space it really helped alot. I'm getting ready to purchase another one since we are now in a bigger space. I have never had a humidifier but this works as well as I expected. Easy to fill. The only thing I can complain about is after about a month it has began to be a little noisy. Before not a noise at all but now once in a while does make some noise but sometimes nothing?
I just bought two of these one for each of my childrens rooms and so far they work great. I have gone in in the middle of the night and the room if very warm and humidified. They have really helped my children. The lowest setting is very quiet the second setting is not loud but it does make some noise but it is only the water boiling and its really not that loud. It does not bother my children at all or wake them up. I love the warm mist on it. This is a great humidifier for a great price.
this humdifier 0.9 gallon capacity and runs only for 6 hours with a full tank on "High" mode. In "Low" mode, there isn't much mist and it runs for about 12 hours max.
This product did not meet my expectations. In that, you have to put it on "2" and the water runs out before you get up. Did not solve my Dry Air (in bedroom) problem at all. Still had dry throat and crapped lips when I awoke. I tried it for 4 nights. If ANYONE has other suggestions/ideas to aid me, I'd welcome them.
I bought it last week and not happy. It's cheap both money wise and work wise. 3 Big drawbacks: 1. Yes, it's noisy like fish tank! 2. Doesn't hold water, I used protective mat but the water dripped so badly that I ruined the rug underneath. I am pretty sure I am putting the right way although I never got a manual 3. Doesn't last full night Planning to return and hunt for a new one!
On the box it states that it lasts 24 hours without refill. However a single tank does not even last 4 hours on high and not even close to 12 hours on the lowest setting. On the high setting this did not produce a noticable change in humidity level. Medicine cup is nothing more than a very tiny depression (about half the size of your pinky nail if that) in the output grill. Unit gets excessively hot around the base and especially on the bottom. The vent at the back where air is drawn in gets icy cold and causes water vapor to condense quickly and slowly drip onto your table. Not worth your money. I quickly returned this and opted to get the Sunbeam Cool Mist Humidifier With Wheels ($75) which has two large tanks and is quiet and produces instant results.
I got this cause my newborn daughter is really congested. Had it for a day and a half. Ran it for half a day and looked behind it and it was leaking water on the table I had it on. The design is not the greatest. Its really quiet but its the worst design I have seen.
