We started buying it many years ago after reading a review on a cooking magazine. The whole family loves it.
Best honey bbq sauce in existence! Won't use anything else! I like to add a little extra honey in it then spread on meat and broil for a few minutes for that grill effect of yummy caramelized bbq sauce.
I wish I knew about this flavor a long time ago,I like barbecue sauce buy I like Honey barbecue better and this brand gives a few flavors to choose from which is great. We have been buying this brand for awhile now and I think my husband likes it better than the other brand that we use to use
This is really good if you enjoy bbq.. heavy flavor bbq, maybe a slight burnt hint is only distraction .. little goes a long way because its really strongly flavorful. One tablespoon in a full cup of Hormel chili with beans, changes that chili flavor completely to bbq. I'll buy it again if available.
I was introduced to this bbq sauce years ago. It's a staple whenever I go food shopping. Only use this during bbq season and while making baked bbq chicken in the oven. Crack in a bottle.
Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Barbecue Sauce is the best when used with the 3 2 1 method of barbecueing. Combined with the pork rub, it makes the best ribs to be had. When used on chicken along with a chicken rub, well it just does not get any bettor than that. The price is good and the taste is excellent.
It tastes great, much better than ketchup. But it has much higher amount of sugar and didn't really feel healthy after having it. I wouldn't recommend to others.
By itself, it tastes like prune juice. If you add marmalade and simmer it together, it tastes like the orange glaze that you find on some of the Americanized Chinese dishes. These two sauces together make a tasty sauce. By itself, it's one of the worst tasting barbecue sauces I've had so far. And I've tried many. Bulls-eye tastes a lot better than this.
