Saves me a lot of money by purchasing this product than going to an authorized reseller.

SIM Sizes explained

The terminology in the description and that used by some of the people here is incorrect! There are THREE sim sizes (listed from largest to smallest): mini, micro, nano. This activation kit includes the standard size or largest sim (aka mini). The mini sim fits the majority of prepaid phones sold including the Galaxy SII and Exhibit 4G smartphones.

I purchased this to work with an unlocked iPhone 3GS. Activation was flawless and easy. Great deal!

He got it as a christmas gift, and then we found out he needed a sim card. Well, after searching high and low for months, I look on walmart. com and there it is. I was so glad that he has one now and he can use his phone.

This is a full-sized SIM card

It's unclear in the descriptions and the other reviews, but this is for a full-sized SIM card for T-Mobile, not a mini or micro SIM card of modern Smart Phones. I bought this for a Nexus 4 and had to return it because the Nexus uses a microSIM card. Be sure you need the full-sized, older style SIM card.

The activation kit appeared to be pretty difficult to activate. On-line impossible, by phone took approx. 20 mnts.

Did not meet my expectations.

I checked my balance only a few days after activating mine and to my surprise it said I had no more minutes left and the reality of it is I had only used less than 5 minutes worth of talk time. My unlimited web and texting seem to be still working, but I expect to get what I paid for, nothing less...

SIM but no activation

This is a T-Mobile SIM card but lacks an accompanying activation number. I installed it in my compatible GSM phone (T-mobile prepaid) and then found I had no activation number. After about an hour on the phone with T-mobile support, I learned that they would have to send me an activation key, which I would have to purchase for their (surprise, SALE!) price of 99 cents. The CS agent then waived the cost to me for my troubles. One week later, I am still waiting on it and the phone is useless until it arrives. Caveat emptor.

Bought this to activate a phone on the 100min unlimited data/text plan. Activating it was quick, getting it on the right plan took 4 calls plus escalation with the India call center. Bought another one to activate a tablet on the $35 dollar/60 day plan. You can look at the paper recharge card all day and not discover that that plan is only for devices bought at Walmart. Took 3 calls to find that out, as both the US side and T-mobile don't really seem to understand this. Would have been better to use the T-Mobile $0.01 SIM card instead of this.
