This lemon pie is perfect! Quite simply, perfect! The lemon filling has a wonderful taste. The ratio of filling to crust is also perfect, as is the crust itself. It is tasty and flakey, and does not get soggy. Since I do not like purchasing whole pies, this mini size is perfect for me. It makes a great dessert or snack. The other mini pies from The Bakery that I have tried are also fabulous -apple and blueberry.
Love these lemon pies
I live alone so the portion is just right for me. I enjoy the Lemon mostly. Make sure you buy it before the fresh date is posted
. . . , serve it upside down with a dollop of whipped cream and you could charge at least $4.00 for it in a restaurant. No, really. Think about the size of a "round slice" or personal pie at your favorite coffee shop, and the price and quality of these mini-pies become all the more amazing. We prefer the lemon chilled and served straight from the fridge. They're refreshingly tart and just the right size to bring you back to life after a hearty meal.
Thank you for lowering the price. These pies have replaced Tasty Kakes pies in our home.

I love these pies. I just wish they were still around when I get home. Perhaps I should get more then I can have some for later....
lemon filling was good, crust mediocre
I have been a huge fan of these tasty little treats for a long time. I only like lemon pie, so that is the only one I bought for myself. However, my children love all the rest of the flavors. For the past 8 months I've been on Weight Watchers and have lost a significant amount of weight. That being said, after my once-a-week weigh in, and only if I did really well, this was my go-to tree for the week. You could call it my celebration. However the past couple times that I have celebrated attempted to have my tasty little treat I noticed that it didn't taste the same. I thought maybe it was me and that my taste buds were changing from the diet. Talking to other family members in regards to the pies I have found out that it is not just me that thinks they have changed. The flavor is off and it is NOT a good lemon pie anymore, which is unfortunate because this was the best lemon pie I've had in a long time. It used to be worth my points on my diet with its 15 points per serving, but not anymore The Taste is entirely different not worth it. This should go back to the way they used to make it.
Never had an issue with this before, but this time Iâm grossed out. Never again. Finding a piece of the aluminum inside the lemon filling ruined this for me for good.
