[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This truly is a smart mop/vac that cleans your floors with ease. It charges on its base and comes with 3 rollers in all, cleaning solution, and an extra filter. It has dual tanks--one for fresh water and cleaning solution, and the other to collect the dirty/used water. In essence, the water tank feeds the roller to clean the floor and other messes. Its LED display/talking technology walks you through the steps to take in completing a moping/vacuum. It has a red light that turns to blue when cleaning or moping is needed depending upon the amount of dirt to pick up and it adjusts to such. When the water tank needs to be refilled, it will prompt you to do so, as well as cleaning the secondary tank with the debris. Basically, it works on its own, needing only guidance. It will tell you when to recharge as well, but you can also see on the LED display and at what percentage you are currently running. It is nice to do both vacuuming and moping at the same time and the roller really does a great job. The floor dries quickly as well, and you will see a definite difference in the appearance and cleanliness of your floor. I used it on both ceramic tile and laminate flooring and both looked simply beautiful when done. If you keep up on your floors, then it won't take long to go over them and clean them in no time. However, if your floors tend to get quite dirty, or you have large rooms, just prepare to have to change the water tank more than once. Other than that, this is a very nice product that I would highly recommend. It is a tremendous help around the house, durable, and a nice concept.

I have been using traditional methods of mopping and seeing how much dirt and grime it picked up was astonishing! I'm still learning all of the capabilities, but this is an amazing floor machine!
This machine worked just like I thought it would, it was so easy to use and it did a fantastic job cleaning, easy to clean and my floors smelled fresh. I really like it and think it is a great investment for my home. I love the fact that it is so easy to use and it saves me from vacuuming before I mop. It is a real time saver.

We have one spoiled long-hair cat, 3 dogs of various sizes and coat lengths, and a large amount of rural property with plenty of dirt, dust, grass, weeds, and garden soil to track inside. After using the unit for a month, I can say with confidence that the Tineco handles it all with ease. It's not really a dry vacuum. Instead it's more of a wet scrubber as it passes over the flooring with a damp roller that lays down and picks up water mixed with Tineco's cleaning fluid, with the roller and suction pulling in debris and removing grime and dried stains at the same time. I found it is best to dry vacuum or broom-sweep first to get up larger debris, and then use the Tineco floor cleaner. The kit comes with the unit and handle, plug-in battery (need an electrical outlet for that), charging station, cleaning brush, 2 extra power brushes, and an extra filter/screen. Everything fits together smoothly, and the AI voice is pleasant. Plug the battery into the back of the charging station, place the assembled unit on the charging station base, and the voice immediately informs you that the unit is charging. The top display is very user-friendly with icons and bars that let you know exactly what is happening and what you need to do. On/off and cleaning mode buttons are well placed for quick intuitive use. The unit stops running automatically when placed in full upright position and starts again when tilted to move across the floor. It swivels effortlessly, glides across the floor, and responds to just a light guiding touch. The clean water tank is small, and the dirty water tank is about twice as big. The unit lets me know when the clean water tank needs refilling, when the filter needs debris removed, and when the dirty water tank needs to be emptied. I had to refill the clean water tank twice for our 20x30 living room hardwood floor as it goes through water/cleaning fluid fairly fast. It leaves only a thin trail of moisture on the floor which dries very quickly while it detects just how much moisture and scrubbing is needed. The unit has an excellent cleaning feature, the AI detects when it is needed, and the voice tells you that you need to press the cleaning mode button. Cleaning mode starts moderately loud, goes into a really loud fast grinding sort of noise, back into moderately loud, and sometimes has to do the loud deep clean again, before winding down to moderately loud and then off. We have hardwood floors in our living room and bedroom, “river rock” textured tile in the foyer, powder room and master bath, a lightly pebble texture ceramic tile in the kitchen, and linoleum in my husband's artist studio. The Tineco Floor One S3 floor cleaner handled every type of flooring beautifully and crossed from one style to another easily, cleaning thoroughly every step of the way, even getting into grout lines. We had not had time to use the unit for 5 days, and you can see in the photos the difference it made on our living room hardwood floor and how much pet hair and debris it picked up today, making the floor look like new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have mixed feelings about this cleaner. It works well to clean carpeting and flooring. There is no question about that. The directions are way too vague. When the machine is on, you can't tell what the voice is saying to you. I find the base to charge it on unnecessary. It is cumbersome and takes up valuable storage space. Why can't it plug into the vacuum unit? It does charge fast. The self clean feature is amazing. It cleared out additional debris after I had thought I got it all. I do not like that the roller must be all dry to put back in the machine. I also wish it had bristles for a deeper scrub. The brush is like a paint roller texture. Self cleaning is quick. It charges fast. It is sleek and powerful. The power is so strong it is hard to control. Just needs some tweaking to be a 5 star machine. An attachment for furniture would be helpful too.

It has a base that charges it & it's supposed to be fully charged in 5 hours, but for some reason it's not making the connection. At first it did connect but lost it soon after. I've had it a week & unfortunately I've not gotten it to make the connection needed to charge it up so I can use it. I'll continue to try but if I can't get it working soon I'll contact the company & see if they can help me. Very excited to use this on my floors.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the idea of a 2 in 1 item that could not only vacuum, but also mop up small spills or marks on hard floors. This vacuum is self-propelled and phenomenal at suctioning, including snagging the dog hair in hard to reach corners. The wet mopping function was not as ideal as cleaning the vacuum was a bit more tedious than I'd prefer— but I did put it through the ringer sucking up dog hair, airsoft bb's, and chips my kids left on the floor.
