I have used this cleaner for 8 times and then do this review. This machine is awesome! My house has tiled floors in the kitchen and bathrooms; and the rest are laminate floors . I have a little baby crawling around my house. I have to clean about 2x a week and I've used this on carpet in our house too. For the filter after I clean the house I rinse off the debris and soak it in water with dawn dish soap overnight then rinse and let air dry and no more smell to it and it looks brand new.
I was skeptical of this wet dry vacuum as I had been using a disposable wet cloth mop for years. After the first use I am converted! Simple fill the top reservoir with water and cleaning product and get your hard floors perfectly clean. This vacuum effortlessly got my bathrooms, kitchen, and other areas looking spotless and I didn't have to do any scrubbing and had zero mess of disposing of the water. Simply take out the waste water tank and dump it out; you can even see all the dirt you've just cleaned up! The rotary brush on the floor got up old spots, and dried mess I otherwise would have had to scrub with a sponge. There is some noise from the electric motor, however you can still easily hear music or have a conversation with someone in the same room: its just not very loud. Overall this is a great wet vac for regular cleaning of your tile, wood, linoleum, or any other hard surface floor.
I am truly impressed with this machine. It cleans and shines my floors so much better than any mop I've ever used. The most impressive part is it doesn't leave any streaks. At first I thought the liquid containers were too small for the large of amount of flooring I have, but surprisingly it doesn't use much water. The machine operated for 40 minutes starting with a full charge so I was able to clean approximately 600 sq ft before it stopped working. I have a 5/3 so I will clean different parts of the home at different times. The roller brush is simple to remove and clean. I do recommend vacuuming the floors first if you have a pet. This helps make cleaning the machine much easier. We are very happy with this hard floor cleaner.
This is a great little machine that really does the job. I wasn't expecting much because these type machines seem a bit gimmicky to me. But I was wrong. My wife loves it! She said it is much better than just a damp mop. It is very light weight and easy to use. USE -- Simpy vacuum the floor before use to remove hair, dust, and other particles. Fill the tank with clean water and a cap full of cleaning solution. Turn power on and depress the trigger to have water flow. Use as you would wet vac or mop. Parts -- The only moving part is the brush which is easily removed for drying and cleaning, but you won't have to clean it often if you follow the direction to vacuum first as the brush is "self-cleaning". The water tank for clean water is easily removed and filled. The dirty water tank is also easily removed and emptied. (We have a dog that sheds minimally and four women in the house with long hair - if we didn't vacuum first it would require cleaning the rolling brush more frequently.) Cleaning Solution -- The package comes with a bottle of cleaning solution that seems to be good. It only takes one cap per tank of water. Filter -- You do have to keep the machine clean for best performance. There is an extra filter that comes in the box. Battery life -- We have hardwood floors for over 700 sq ft of the house and we were able to clean all of that wood, plus three bathrooms on one charge! Cleaning the machine -- There is a water proof stand that comes with the machine so that there is no standing water on your hardwood and any leaks do not harm your floors. Cleaning the machine is easy as you simply dump the dirty water and rinse the filter. Clean the brush as needed by simply removing it, rinse, and put in the included rack to dry. I had before and after pictures but I'm only allowed two pics. Basically the floor had dog tracks before and after it was clean. I give it two thumbs up!
I am in love with this vacuum! It works great, it's super light and works like a boss!! The tank for water looks small but one tank cleaned our entire house! We have a dog and a cat, hardwood floors and constant dirty floors. This cleaned in a snap! I'm so glad that I had a chance to use it. It is a total lifesaver. If you have pets or non-carpet floors, YOU NEED THIS!!!
What is so special about this vacuum machine is that it cleans and also vacuums at the same time. It has same size as a normal vacuum machine. I put soap and mix it with water on the top of the cup and press the start button. Then it starts vacuuming and cleaning! When using the vacuum, the dirty liquid and clump go to the bottom of the vacuum of the soap cup. This is effective because it saves time, energy and space. Now I dont need to vacuum and clean at different time! It is also super easy to clean up after using it. I just take the dirty water tank out and pour everything out, rinse it, put it back and it's all set.
I tried this cordless washer on my kitchen tile floor only, and I must say it did a decent job. My floor had not been mopped for quite some time, and it did look better after it dried. A couple of areas that had larger spots cleaned up nicely. However, I did notice that the water spray did not spray sufficient or consistent water. There was very little dirty water that accumulated in the DWT (dirty water tank) when I was done. I do love the fact that the machine charges itself, and the charge lasted at least 40 minutes (how long it took to clean my kitchen and utility room). When I was done, I took the tanks off and rinsed them out, removed the brush roller and cleaned it, and wiped down the base of the brush roller holder. The machine stores on a hard plastic base (which keeps any residual water from dripping on the floor), and the base also stores the brush roller after it's dry. This machine comes with a bottle of cleaner and only uses a capful per use...I think it will last quite a while. It is not real noisy, and is easy to push, spray, and pull back. I swept the floor prior to using it, so the dry vacuum was not needed. I do plan on using it again on my front entry and bathrooms. The first use of a new product that I was anxious to try; as I use it more, I think I'll appreciate it more.
This will come in handy for daily quick cleans but this isn't a substitute for weekly "clean the house day". The collection bin did get pretty dirty so it for sure is cleaning. I like that the instructions are simple & clear on the unit (no need to flip through the instruction booklet). I had to go over the same spot of dried pasta sauce several times before it came clean (about the size of a nickel) but it isn't a steam mop so of course it will take a little effort to get dried food/mud. I don't have an outlet in my bathroom so this being cordless is perfect. the handle swivels which is a nice feature. I don't know about the run time (my home is very small). it still had some charge left when I was finished with the kitchen (100 Sq.ft) & bathroom (floor surface maybe 3x4 ft). This will for sure be utilized in the camper.
Suction is meh. I sweep and mop daily and bought this hoping to convenience my schedule I've tried using it a couple times and each time, not even 5 minutes of use and it will just trail dirty water EVERYWHERE. Will be sending it back.
After a few uses it stopped working. It wouldn't hold a charge, turn on for 20 seconds and then stop again. Then to top it off one of the pieces for the water/solution tank came apart so I can't even use it anymore.
