great way to add data to your best friend who hasn't a clue as to how to operate a computer let alone her phone! lol. I can just go on her tracfone account online and add the data. she was loaded with data within minutes, from one side of VA to TN, that fast! great and great price.
i cannot get what i paid for? the gig cards are no good at TRACKPHONE ??????
Purchased this because of proof I have saved for litigation purposes, and it never worked. My phone has became inoperable unless I delete the evidence I need for an attorney. Even after deleting apps, I still am not able to use my phone unless I delete proof. I only have four apps. Unfortunately, my data is being stolen, and I am having to pay out of pocket for it and nothing works.
I brought 3 cards and two out of the three work the other is not the right one and it keeps saying not compatible with my phone but yet can't get it fixed because no refund or exchange on them well guess who or what ever e delivered them needs to figure it out what they're doing
I never received my crackbone data and text through email. You could have just put him in with what I picked up. January 26 cause now I don't have anything.
I don't understand the reason for the cancellation. What suspicious activity are they talking about? No details about what the "suspicious activity" was or is.
NOT HAPPY - I don't know how in the heck this happen, but I order Tracfone 1GB and I received minutes instead. I have never had this problem in the past. So it really to bad that it can't be fixed!! I had to spend another $10.00 for GB. Hopefully it won't happen again!! (really weird)
When purchasing a Tracfone plan, it is not automatically transferred to your phone number. I ordered a 10.00 data plan and it didn't show up in my BALANCE when I texted 611. You will not get a refund for the unsuccessful top up. Tracfone will have to credit your cell phone number.

This was supposed to be a gift for someone else. Gifting procedure was crappy and didn't work - had to send email to myself (giver) and then forward it to other person (givee). Took a few hours to get, so that was disappointing as it was an emergency. Then, it didn't even work - site so concerned about person being a "Robot", that they weren't even able to utilize the Data Card... it didn't work. Money totally wasted. WILL NOT BUY AGAIN!
