I have now purchased a second Urbini stroller , I previously had the Touri for my last child but I had to get one of those bigger strollers with all the features as I now had my second child and learned what I was missing. I opted for this one since I loved my Touri so much and thought once you like a brand you might as well stick with it…sort of like when I buy a car. This one has an easy fold, lots of storage in basket, pouch and trays, the car seat was one of the lightest car seats compared to some of my friends that have heavier ones. The carseat was easy to install as well as it has this large grey arm that goes over the belts in the car. I was able to get a tight fit and it was easy to remove. I recommended this to my friends that were complaining of their infant seats that were heavy to carry.
"I received this product to facilitate my review, all opinions are my own.” I recently got the opportunity to test out the newest Urbini Emi Travel System and I fell in love. After having 3 children I have tried my share of stroller and this is definitely my #1 favorite right now. Let's start with assembly. I'm not the handiest person but I was able to assemble to stroller from start to finish in about 10 minutes and it was so easy. No tools were needed which I really appreciate. The sleek look of the stroller is fantastic with the price point and it has the smoothest ride ever. Adjustable harness to ensure your child is not only safe but comfortable for those long days of traveling/shopping. This stroller pops up in a matter or seconds and folds down in the same amount of time. The under carriage basket has plenty of room to store a diaper bag, blankets and extra clothing. The zipper pouch is so handy to have for carrying your wallet and cell phone. You'll love the parent console and baby console and have a place for drinks and snacks. The shade canopy perfectly blocks out the sun from all angles and I just can't say enough amazing things about this stroller. My daughter loves this stroller so much that she actually cries when I remove her from it. A++ from this mom of 3.
I just received the Urbini Emi stroller and carseat. I got the red one because its my favorite color. When I compared this to the other strollers available online, I didn't see any black and red strollers I liked except this one. It also has a bunch of cool things on it, like a removable tray, a pouch thingy on the basket that stores stuff that can easily be zipped shut so no one can see what I put in it unlike the open basket ( I put my purse and cell phone in there when Im at the park, keeps them hidden). My friends now want the same one… thank you!!
I received the Urbini Emi Travel System as apart of a review for my blog and in all honestly, I am split 50/50 on my opinion of it. I absolutely LOVE love LOVE the stroller. The stroller is wonderfully made and Urbini really took into consideration what moms (and dads) look for when it comes to a great stroller. The seat reclines to a full laying position, and the foot rest can even be folded upward and snapped to the seat to create a bassinet for smaller babies. Huge thumbs up to that. The basket is nice and roomy and includes a unique zippered compartment to hold additional things that you may not want sitting out in a basket such as your phone, keys, or wallet. The stroller comes equip with a child's tray as well as a parent cup holder, which I really appreciated being that I like to bring a drink along with us wherever we go. The handle of the stroller is adjustable so you regardless of your height you will be comfortable pushing it. It is light weight and folds and unfolds extremely easily. There is a very large canopy which is great for if you live in a very sunny state, or if you're out walking on a windy day. The stroller is compact although it is not the size of an umbrella stroller, I am confident in saying that it will fit most if not all trunks. Both my 4 month old and my 3 year old are extremely comfortable and happy to ride in the Urbini Emi Stroller. My only complaint about the stroller is that I wish the wheels were made from a tire material rather than the typical "stroller tire", but other than that, we truly love it! Now the car seat. Esthetically it is beautiful. It's sleek and has the look of a very high priced infant car seat, but when I "played around" with it, I wasn't as impressed. The seat has no cushion or padding at all, just a fabric cover, so it literally like your infant is sitting on plastic. It does come with a newborn insert but even that is thin. I was nervous about the car seat base as well; the plastic, in my honest opinion, just does not seem that high of quality. It was easy to install but even when the car seat is locked into the base I just don't feel like the car seat is one that I would use with my son. That being said, I still give the travel system 4 stars because I would highly recommend the stroller and I would pay $249 for the stroller alone. Urbini has won me over with their strollers but I do feel like they could use a little improvement on their car seat. Disclosure: I received this product to facilitate my review, all opinions are my own.
Easy to assemble and very compact. Folds into an umbrella stroller position. It is lightweight and great for daily use! I don't recommend it for "off-roading" but for daily walks, to throw in the car and take with you to the mall or to the park for the day, it's fantastic!
I bought this when my baby was 5m old. The stroller is great for summer. Very small storage pocket though. However, the car seat is very small for my baby..won't fit. Short belt. But for the price, overall it's good.
This is a good-looking stroller and carseat, and is a good value for the price. It is not the sturdiest of strollers, but fine for a couple of years, I'd guess. Carseat is easy to use, easy to carry.
After purchasing the very overpriced Urbini travel system I wish I would have done more research on this product. Yes it does have a smooth ride and adjustable handle but not much else to offer. I need another carseat base which is IMPOSSIBLE to find w/o purchasing another carseat. The cupholders are not very deep which causes the drinks to topple over. Trying to close the Urbini to transport is very difficult. The Urbini is not convienent for parents. Do your homework before purchasing this product.
That it not a great stroller. I got this gift for my 3rd child. The only thing I love was the color... I got it in the end of April and I didn't start using it till the middle of may and by the beginning or middle of June the stroller hinge broke off where you lock. I was so mad because I was on my way to my son school. So I called for another one I finally got the other one and when I got it it was also damage the stroller was leaning on one said and wheels kept locking on me and washard to to push and it was aggravating don't recommend at all. So I return it and goin with a graco
My baby is now nearly 3 months old & I've had complete trouble with this stroller since the beginning! I absolutely love everything but the front wheels. Not sure if it's supposed to do this as much as it does or if it's actually malfunctioning... but I cannot make any turns without them instantly locking up into the straight direction making what ever or wherever we are going a total pain, a dread & aggravation!!!! Also don't like that the drink holder doesn't hold my drinks either. From the first time I sat a (small) l drink in it, it tilted on its own & splat went my drink on the ground. I could get over that & really do love everything else about the stroller.... but the wheels are the real headache. It's a great system if you don't mind stopping to walk to the front & bend down (every time) to unlock wheels every few or so steps!!!!! God forbid an emergency & had to move fast with one direction locking wheels!!!!
