i had an iphone and switched to save money. bad decision. you have to jump through hoops to find out if you have voicemail. it doesnt tell you. i can only take one out of five pictures i want to take. not user friendly at all. i would not recommend this at all.
Great general purpose phone for surfing, social media, calls and text. For the price its amazing.
I really like everything about this cuz it was way better than the other phone i switch to.... i just recently bought it a couple weeks ago and that the phone didnt let me make any calls or recieve calls at all.... Secondly everytime i send a message its for sure says its sent but then a few minutes later it says send failure .... Ive tried to fix this issue , all they said was the phone is too smart for me ... So yeah thats my experience
Photos can not be attached to a certain contacts. Think it is more of a bug, than a drawback. Fingerprint is slow imo. But generally i'm satisfied with it.
It is a good phone if you just want something basic. If you're used to more high tech phone you will not be satisfied. I had a Note phone and went to this so it didn't really do it for me. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
So far this phone hasn't been too bad. I'm not one for all the bells and whistles so this is more my style. And so far the battery life is great. However. Last night while my phone was still around 30% ot just shut off. No dead battery sign, no updates. Nothing. Just shut off. I looked it up and pressed the volume down button in combination with the off button and after a few seconds it turns on, and that its erasing. My phone factory reset itself. It was a huge pain and I lost some pictures. Can't say I'm too happy about that. I'm now scared to have anything stored on this phone. Hopefully this isn't happening to anyone else.
start out by saying i love the prism black color looks beautiful. i have had this phone for 8 months now i am coming from the s9+ which was water resistant and the curved screen and some other things is it as good as the s9+? no but i can't complain for the price fast charging and 3 camera's. it does have issues with wifi always going out and my bluetooth galaxy watch it will randomly disconnect. the phone will randomly freeze and the key board needs a minute to catch up photos are good in daylight nightmode wasn't good in my opinion but this isnt the s or note series so can't judge it too hard it is good for when on a budget. will insert some photos i have taken with phone and a photo of phone itself the camera is decent.
i've had this phone six months and i regret every single minute we've spent together. on paper this phone has decent specs for the price. but when you start using the phone, you realize it has a lot of flaws the display is beautiful. nfc works well. and fast charging is nice. the fingerprint sensor is awful and fails 25% of the time. the battery is abysmal and drains very quickly. samsung's bloatware takes away from experience because you cannot remove it. the sound is garbage so make sure you have headphones. the cameras are also trash and don't work unless the subject is back lit by the sun. don't buy this phone. it will make you hate using your phone.
