I choose this particular amount because I can auto load it into the phone without having to wait for a code. It can be a hassle loading via the code and he had issues with it going. We never have that issue with this auto load amount. Easy and smooth to load it up each month.
The direct top up is always successful and nearly immediate. Walmart Family Mobile is reliable. Zero problems. The wi-fi is usually fast as well. Highly recommend. No contract. Choose your plan every month and enjoy your unlimited calls, texts, data.
Takes far to long to get the email with the code. It should email immediately once it takes the money. Yet for some reason it has a good time period where it's pending then anywhere from 30-60 minutes later it will get delivered to the email which is a joke.
Even though I have had family mobile through Walmart for years, the sight I was sent to would not allow me to pay my normal bill with a credit card. I had to purchase digital delivery without my employee discount on my Walmart shopping sight. I had to pay $10 more than my normal monthly amount. Does this have anything to do with Verizon takeover?
It didn't work and when I tried to get a refund they couldn't get me a refund and when they tried to get my service back and working they couldn't do that either their customer service tech line is terrible
they never got the phone working and said they couldn't give a refund. I spent over 3 hours on the phone with at least 6 techs and no one could make it work. The website wouldn't even accept the passwords that the techs were able to verify. worst company I've ever worked with.
We bought your phones and family plans for a long time now. you actually had the nerve to cancel his service as well. What kind of business, attacks, and removes purchases from customers without any warning and provocation? if you actually look at this account we get our top off cards from you as well. I bought gas from the North Versalles store and was ripped off because the gas didn't pump. you took my money anyhow. So tell me why we would ever do business with you ever again??

I bought a card so that I could use my Walmart Mobile cell, sometimes referred to as a “burner phone”. I had not used the phone recently %26 found out after I purchased the card that my phone%23 had been given to someone else. Now I have spent $29.60 to fund a person that was given my phone number so they can use their phone plus I now have a Walmart Mobile cell that I can no longer use because it has no phone number. This problem could be resolved if you would refund my $29.60 %26 assign a new number to my phone. Thank you. Oh yes, I spent 1 1/2 hours today dealing with 2 Walmart reps on the phone. Both had foreign accents. Consequently I accomplished nothing dealing with them.
