Great option for me at this time in my life when I don't want to waste money and need reliable service that is affordable
they take time help even if there backrd up.. the seem like they will get there business done and gest
walmart mobile app creates problems when we try to add ONE prepaid debit card we visit walmart for the great value and quality and this family mobile card is perhaps one of the best purchases you could make.
I've been getting this for top - up for a while now. I'm going to have to get a higher one next time.
I used to like the way it worked but it's seems to have changed and not for better. It doesn't give you as many bars as when I 1st started using it. It's hard to access the internet 😒. Basically I should have just brought the cheapest one. Which I shall do until I find a better carrier. Walmart has changed to much and not for the better. At least not for its customers.
cannot activate my new moto g stylus that was bought with this card. wasted my money. electronics Dept at Altoona walmart didnt help me set up or activate the phone. i now have a brand new locked phone and a $40 phone card that are useless.
I purchased a Family Mobile phone, even though I already had one that was perfectly fine, because my mate has a FM phone. I purchased the 2-line plan and I could not use it on my phone - even customer service could not figure out how to make it work. They promised to call me back with more information. More than a month later, I'm still waiting for the call. I called again, same result - the promise of a phone call to rectify the situation. Still waiting. I went to Wal-Mart and spent almost an hour with a representative - same results. Nothing! So, I purchased another single plan because the second line expired. Bottom line: I spent almost $200 and more than half of it was wasted. I have a phone that I did not/do not need and I feel robbed. Why is it OK for Wal-Mart to take my money and not give me what I paid for? If I walk out of their store with a piece of bubble gum that I did not pay for, I will be arrested and banned from the store. Why is it legal for me to pay for something and not receive what I paid for?
Total waste of time and money. I am "network suspended or network unavailable" inexplicably every day on the unlimited plan. I have lost important calls, notifications etc and am beyond frustrated
This was paid and immediately withdrawn from my account but service not restored till next day. Had to go buy an actual card to get service. Double charged.
Walmart over the past 6 years has been making an increasingly harder and harder to put money on a phone with all the different hoops and hurdles you have to jump through it is becoming a real headache and their website is not very user friendly
