My biggest complaint about family mobile is there customer service if and when you need it. But! When the service works which is 98% of the time it is on the T-Mobile network that works perfect. I work in a building we're co-workers who are on T-Mobile can't get reception I do and I'm using a phone that's $600 cheaper and most cases.
I suppose service depends on where you live, but Im in a large suburban area and this svc that piggybacks on T-Mobile is AWFUL. No svc inside stores (Verizon/att dont have this issue) no service 1/4 mile FROM THE TOWER I NEXT TO MY PROPERTY THAT HAS A SPRINT/T-MOBILE array ON IT. straight talk is much better.
i purchase phone and needed it replaced with the insurance protection i bought and they couldn't assist me.
Do not purchase online. After not receiving my number online they did not resend just got a run around. So I will make this my last order or shopping at Walmart
So you probably want to log in to the Walmart Family Mobile site. This is just sloppy and amateurish. This is just an emailed copy of a stupid gift card, like Walmart is trying to help scammers. I just wanted to renew my phone, but of course Walmart and Walmart Family Mobile have nothing to do with each other. This sucks, my phone still doesn't work. Walmart sucks. This is awful and I want my money back.
I bought the 8gb plan, bought a new phone, used about 1gb data, 1 day of use and the internet stopped working. Zero help from customer service, tech support is an absolute joke. Have had this service for less than a week and I will not be renewing.
It didn't work and the customer service couldn't fix it and now they won't give me a refund
I didn't like the phone TCL. The phone stop working on me. I called the number for repair and they told me I called to late. I only had within 30 days for a replacement or refund. And I was over the time. I enjoyed the phone. I enjoyed the light -weight phone. Thank you
Still waiting for the prepaid card. My delivery status is still delayed and no word from walmart.....BUYERS BEWARE Card should have been delivered last Thursday
That fact that this is the third time i order on line. And this is the third time i get ripped off. i shoul have a total of $50 on two gift cards left in my account wallet. i had two cards already in my wallet that was enough to cover my charges. But since you ripped me off again, i only have $18?
