[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a small space to fit the refrigerator into and there were not a lot of options with the bottom pull out freezer that fit. This is basically just like my old Amana but so much quieter. Love having the glass shelves so easy to clean.
Due to height limitations the selection of refrigerators was limited. Also, due to COVID concerns, we could not get to a store. We ordered on-line based on features and other reviews. We had to self-install and that went much better than expected. Overall we are pleased with the function, look and space. The ice maker works well. There is no dedicated butter tray but if you have one from another fridge it may work. Notes- If you have a family of 4+ or store lots of frozen food you will want a larger refrigerator. Also the seal is very strong. If you open and shut the door quickly you may need to wait a minute to easily reopen the door again. Also, like most stainless fridges the stainless does not extend to the sides or top. The sides and top are dark gray. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
We were looking for a 30-inch fridge to fit in a tight area. We also prefer a bottom freezer with inside ice maker. The cubes made by ice maker are the perfect size - not too large. We prefer a swing door on freezer, but we are pleased with this model nevertheless. We are a couple and are satisfied with the limited freezer space. This is the quietest fridge we have owned. Our home is an open plan and the fridge sits just feet away from where I sit in the living room. Overall, terrific fridge for small space. We are very pleased with this purchase. Perfect size and features, fit into available space as if custom designed for it. Super quiet and looking forward to lower electric bill (runs about half as often as old top freezer unit it replaced). Super happy with Whirlpool appliance quality and design.

I redid my kitchen and was looking for a bottom mount freezer/ fridge. Based on the other reviews I decided on this model. My old fridge was a Whirlpool also and some comparisons I see, even though the fridge cubic feet is almost identical it seems a bit smaller inside. There is plenty of door space and with a bit of shuffling I have worked it out for my needs. It is easy to move the door shelves around. As far as the veggie bins and dairy bin they are definitely smaller and again I have had to readjust.The freezer came with an ice maker which again takes up a lot of room. The design is flat and narrow as opposed to my previous tall and squat bin. I am looking to see if I can find a container half the size. We are only two and not big ice users. I like the bottom freezer and it can accommodate my food. The drawers pull out fully. BTW the fridge door has a wide arc.The inside of the fridge is very bright with the temp controls within easy reach. The freezer also has a light which is a bonus for me.Love the modern streamlined look. So far easy to clean...no kids. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We waited over 21 months to receive our new fridge due to production issues. There are only a couple of black, bottom freezer models out there in 18 cu ft, 30 in. wide, which is what we were replacing to fit in our space. Pros: 1. It's new; 2. It's relatively quiet. Cons: 1. No separate butter compartment (which we knew when we ordered it and miss about our old fridge); 2. Bin arrangement and sizing is poorly designed: bins on door are shallow (when you close the fridge door, there's about 2" of extra space that could have been allotted to the bin depth), don't hold much, don't allow for items taller than about 5" if all bins are installed because you can't get the items in and out. We're using a shelf for some items we'd normally put in the door bins. (Do people actually try these out before they hit the production line?) 3. Vegetable drawers are relatively small/shallow and seem a bit flimsy. 4. Why not make the door surface textured to match the sides and top -- and lessen the fingerprints? (Note: we knew it wasn't when we ordered it; another feature we miss about our old GE fridge.) 5. Arrived with one scratch on door and several on the side of the freezer door. (We'll take that up with the retail store, unless you can supply touch-up paint.) Wish we could have seen this in person before ordering; we probably would have chosen something else. All that said, it will suffice. I chose "Yes" I'd recommend because "Maybe" wasn't an option.
We love the bottom drawer freezer. We do not love the way the screws look on the door opposite of the handle. Would like to have stainless steel caps that cover the unused holes for the handle. Our door sunk in around the screws. It looks tacky. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Nice features for a smaller refrigerator. Shelving is customizable. We we only had for about 25 days so hopefully the longevity is as good as it looks. 4 stars because it was rather expensive for the size. This was the only size that would fit into the space we had.
