Perfection!! I took a chance getting this sight unseen, (as we all know the picture might be worth 1,000 words online, but only worth 1 when you get the item). I made banana-nut loaves as my test run for this pan. They turned out great. It cooked completely even in all sections. After the recommended cooling time the bread fell out without a problem. I have recommended this pan to others who have stated they are getting one, (they have been using toss away tins)

I own a small custom cake business, but every Christmas I make home baked goody baskets for purchase. I include mini banana bread or zucchini bread loaves. It is a pain to make just 8 at a time. This pan seriously cuts down on my time. I bought one for my mother who is also a baker, and she loves it too! I have a large oven, but she has two wall ovens that are much smaller. The pan works in well in any size oven. Great thinking, Wilton!
This pan is awesome just what I was expecting its large but the non stick is perfect. My mini zucchini loafs came out perfect.
I bought this pan Nov.23rd and it arrived in about two and one half weeks. Its a non-stick and it sticks, even after you grease it, making it very difficult to remove your little cakes. Your cakes will burn if the oven is over 325 degrees. If I had purchased this pan locally, it would go back immediately. So it sticks and burns your goodies. I am a professional cake baker., and just trying to fill a customer's needs for Christmas.
