This is a very well constructed product. Solid wood and coat hangers are heavy duty. Fits in the exact space for which we purchased it and looks very nice when you walk in from the garage. Overall - very satisfied with purchase and with price.
This is a notably high quality piece, which looks great in our entryway without drawing undue attention to itself. Although it is well represented in the photograph, it is even nicer in ""person"". I could not be happier with this purchase.

Arrived quickly and well packaged, with the proper hardware for installing on a sheetrock wall. Looks exactly like the picture on the website. Installed in 5 minutes. Glad I bought it.

Coat rack is beautiful and well made. Just don't bother trying to use the included low quality soft metal (they both stripped out) installation hardware. Just plan on going out and pick up a couple of good quality toggle bolts to do it right...
It's as expected. A good piece of oak, and good brass hangers. It was designed to be mounted on sheet rock, which I didn't think was sturdy enough if the rack held 5 winter coats. Since the mounting holes are 24"" apart, they didn't hit the studs, so I used the included wood plugs to cover them. Instead, I removed the second and fourth hanger, which are 16"" apart, and then drilled two mounting holes that would be covered by the hanger. Two wood screws attached the hanger securely to the wall studs.
It looks nice and is useful. However the screws provided to go through the wood base were not long enough to secure the rack to the wall mount hardware. I had to go to a hardware store and buy longer mounting screws.
You can see and feel the sanding dust in the finish. Also, the hooks are not centered on the board so the bottom of the hook is below the bottom of the board. I like the size of the rack so I'm going to keep it, but I will have to sand down the finish and plug the screw holes with wood putty so they don't show when I move the hooks to the center of the board. A lot of money for a DIY project that should have been ready to hang right out of the box.
