Since we bought this Mulching Blade for our electric mower (which he actually loves to use), my hubby really enjoys the look of our yard and grass area! He is 86 and doesn't need to go back over the cut area to pick up the cut, clumped grass--it's gone and now becomes compost for the grass. (which is great for the grass). This mulching blade makes cutting grass enjoyable and much less "a chore"! Bravo
I bought this replacement blade to have on hand in case I accidentally hit a rock while mowing my yard. I try to be proactive in when it comes to my mowing equipment.

My WORX mower would get the best and highest rating from me. It's a pure plus. Excellent battery power for doing my little forest on my 20 x 30-foot backyard. The technology that went into the electrical system if aväntˈɡärd. The mower instantly stopped when a thick branch get stuck in the blade. The machine sensed the overload and took over. Like automatic braking. I redid my backyard design and got rid of the rock boarders. I ordered a replacement blade just in case I run into hidden rocks. It gives me peace of mind, though I probably will never need it. The batteries hold a charge in storage and the higher 40-volt battery system let the engineers use lower current wiring and components (power = volts X amps). The grass catching bag is easy to empty, and change-over between mulching and collecting is easy and fast. Love that all four wheels raise and lower with simply one easy-to-use lever. Gasoline engines have their niche, but batteries are easily recharged, and gas, oil, spark plugs, pull chains, etc., are history for me.
I bought this blade as a replacement for my mower (WG744.9). The blade is the right size, but I had to enlarge the center hole and one of the side locating holes in order to get it to fit onto the arbor that fits onto the motor shaft. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I bought this to fit my 17 in 40V lawn mower but the holes didnt match up correctly. The small hole in the right place but was too small. The big hole was too small to but it also wasnt keyed with the flat part that matched my mower. I got inventive with a file and it works fine now but that was kind of annoying.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Went to install and the side round alignment hole was too small, needed to drill it out. Next was the center hole which was to small, needed to use a reamer to make it fit. You would think they would make a replacement blade that would have fit without making modifications. It does work better than the one I bent.
Does not fit the models advertised as two of the three holes are too small.
is proper blade but holes are too small on new blade..will have to have someone drill holes out larger ...cannot use at the moment
