the vacuum does it's job. a great job at that. however a clip for the battery part came broken. so its constantly coming off when i use it or shake it too much because it cant clip into place. the only option was to return to Walmart and i dont live next to a walmart which is annoying. i wish i can just get a replacement battery because the vacuum is really good.
Likes: It's very light and easy to maneuver. The floor head is 10 inch wide, small enough to get under furniture and tight spaces. Using the default medium vacuum mode does a fairly good job of picking up debris for both hard and carpet surfaces. Vacuuming parallel to edges doesn't pick up debris very well, but if you go head into the edges, it does. It vacuums hard and carpet surfaces fairly well. Area rugs like bathroom rugs it doesn't do as it tends to get bind up. The battery life is decent using the default medium mode, but you'll have to vacuum at a moderate pace in order to do the whole house. The battery is detachable, so an extra battery purchase can be bought in the Wyze.com site. Also, an extra Hepa filter might not be a bad idea. Dislikes: The vacuum is so light that it feels like a toy. The changing of attachments is a shore. The vacuum only comes with a crevice tool as an accessory. It would be nice if it came with more attachments like the dusting tool and the couch cleaning attachment. The vacuum doesn't stand on its own and doesn't lock up in the upright position, so you'll have to lean it into something to prop it up. Removing the floor vacuum head, you have to remove the whole stick to get to the floor attachment. It does a good job in filtering the dust with the Hepa filter, but after a few uses, the smell of dirt comes through while vacuuming. I have a compressor, so after a few uses, I have to blow the filter out along with the canister pieces that come apart easily.
I really do want to love it. It picks up dog hair and even pine straw that the dogs drag in on their feet. It has an eco mode, medium and turbo. I LOVE the turbo, but here's the problem. The battery literally lasts less than 15 min on a full charge. If you run it on turbo it's even worse. You can actually watch the charge numbers going down by the second. I'd show, but it's dead 🤣. Onto dog hair, it does a great job, BUT I've had to take the head off several times because the dog hair gets stuck between the head and the vacuum stick part. I use my fingers if I can or a coat hanger works if it's too deep in there. So, I guess I like it enough to keep it but I am SO disappointed with the battery life. I'd have bought another if I knew this. I probably should've read some more reviews. My rooms aren't that big that I ran out of battery in the middle of vacuuming. Pictures below😕
The dog hair and others stuck in the tube instead of go to garbage collector. It also have a static collecting all the dark hair and dust outside the vacuum..
The vacuum is not what it appears to be on the website. It is in fact the Wyze S vacuum. Does not come with the extra brush attachment nor the wall base. The vacuum lasts literally 5mins and then it's dead, and this is after it was charged 100%. I truly don't understand. I thought this was too good to be true and it in fact is. Spend the extra 100$ and get a better one that'll at least last longer.
THIS IS NOT WHAT'S ADVERTIZED. So many others have mentioned that. You are NOT getting - the small brush tool that they say "Dust on the door frame. We've got a brush tool for that. " - wall mount that they mentioned "Convenient storage - A sleek wall mount is a home for your Wyze Cordless Vacuum and all its accessories" The device is decent but it's not the same as sold elsewhere. None of these missing parts appear to be purchasable elsewhere either. I thought I could just buy it. We'll be returning this for false advertising.
I read the details. This product indicates a wall Mount comes with the vacuum and none was included! What's up with that Wyze? The vacuum is sleek in its design but it's a bit top heavy and without a wall mount it falls over or must be lying down to store. Kinda defeats the whole sleek minimalist design. The suction is very good and it is easy to use and lightweight which is great, but because it didn't come with a wall mount I will give it a 1 star rating but the vacuum deserves a 4.
Yes it has an extension stick but it's cheap and the whole thing is way less powerful than my regular vacuum… that has fallen to pieces after a year. We have a German shepherd and 2 cats… and wood floors w area rugs… we need a good vacuum for pet hair. I thought this was a smart cheaper option but as the saying goes you get what you pay for. I'll use this for my car only.. I'll still need to buy another one for my home use. ;(
I ordered this Wyze Cordless Stick 24pa vacuum from Walmart however I received a different, lower quality model. I received a Wyze Cordless Vacuum S which is listed on the box as 20pa, 300W motor and 40 minutes run time. It has a completely different model number than advertised. I expected to receive the product which I purchased not a lower quality version. I will be returning for this reason.
Bought and used for about a week or 2. Tank size is incredibly small and hard to empty. Battery life sucks and it takes awhile to fully charge. Won't stand on its own and falls over constantly. We thought it cleaned really well at first, about a week later it kept shutting off during use. We returned it and bought a shark lift away. We were stunned at how much the shark picked up that this wyze left behind(see pics). Save your time and money. Buy a shark. They are AMAZING
