The hand cleaner works great, but the last two jugs would not pump with the supplied pump. I tried using the pump from another brand, and it would not pump the Zep hand cleaner either. That is something that needs to be fixed. Always purchased from The Home Depot in Canada.
My old bottle of Zep was the 1 gallon size which they don't make any more. That pump failed with about 2 inches of hand cleaner left in the bottom of the bottle. The new 48 oz. size shouldn't have that pump problem because it is only 3/8 of a gallon. However, the new 48 oz. pump doesn't work at all and becomes an obstacle when using the product. I recommend replacing the pump with a cap that fits from a bleach bottle or similar container from your recycle bin. Don't transfer the Zep into a container that someone could mistake for salad dressing or anything edible.
The cleaner works great! But, the pump wears out and is unable to pull the cleaner out of the container. I've tried cleaning it several times and it just gets worse and worse. I'd give a higher rating if an improved pump were available.
