Bose - SoundTouch 10 Wireless Speaker - Black

Bought a Soundtouch 10 got it set up and it worked for a while. Then it stopped working and now whenever I try to play music (Bluetooth) from my phone all that happens is the SoundTouch Indicator comes on flashing bright yellow, and there is no reference to such a flashing light in the manual. I Tried everything in the manual and online but no successful This speaker is a big waste of time and money.

Bought both sound touch 10 and 20. When trying to play both speakers Soundtouch 10 is at least 10 seconds behind soundtouch 20. Trying to get both speakers in sync is impossible. When app says both speakers are working only 1 is. When app says only 1 is working, both are but at least 10 seconds apart.

Had my bose soundtouch 10 speakers for a few months now and I have really blown away with the quality of this product... Whenever I play a song that has a lot of bass in it, you can hear it clearly with no crackling whatsoever Really impressed with this speaker and so happy that I have bought it... in my own personal opinion from using different speaker company known as "Harman Kardon" and "Sonos" they can't compare to Bose speakers... really impressed

Bought to be used as a bluetooth speaker for now with option to add more in the future. To start wanted to mostly use as bluetooth speaker to push media from a phone. Terrible bluetooth experience, terrible app, sound quality is decent, having lots of problems using multiple phones to push bluetooth content - not confident that when I leave new owner will be able to troubleshoot on their own, making this product a likely expensive paperweight. App limits to select services for easy streaming. Likely a good speaker if you want to use a couple - but considering returning the speaker and getting something else that is easier to use. If user can't easily connect bluetooth (which I currently can't) then really limited in what speaker can play without unplugging, resetting and setting up everytime I want to bluetooth from new device.

Used to love the Bose product until release 13 of the Soundtouch app came out in August 2016. Basically it was not fit for purpose - the software was forever disconnecting, sometimes as frequently once every 15 minutes. If you don't believe me, just check on the Bose Community blog to see how many annoyed customers are out there. 3 months later they have finally issued release 14 of the App and it is just as bad. Tried to play one playlist this morning and in 2 hours it has stopped working 4 times. If you've already bought the product, just make sure the first time it stops working you take it straight back to the store and demand a refund
