Sinus Congestion & Pain, Cool Burst Caplets 20 caplets Pain reliever, nasal decongestant, antihistamine (antihistamine in nighttime only). Day: Non-drowsy. Contains 2 Medicines: Headache - acetaminophen; sinus pressure, nasal congestion - phenylephrine HCl. Night: Contains 3 Medicines: Headache - acetaminophen; sinus pressure, nasal congestion - phenylephrine HCl; runny nose - Chlorpheniramine maleate. Tylenol Sinus Congestion & Pain Day: For the temporary relief of: headache; sinus congestion and pressure; nasal congestion; minor aches and pains. Helps decongest sinus openings and passages. Promotes sinus drainage. Helps clear nasal passages. Tylenol Sinus Congestion & Pain Night: For the temporary relief of: headache; sinus congestion and pressure; nasal congestion; minor aches and pains; runny nose and sneezing. Helps decongest sinus openings and passages. Reduces swelling of nasal passages. Do not take more then directed (see overdose warning). Do not take the Day and Night caplets at the same time. Do not take more than a total of 12 caplets in 24 hours. Adults and children 12 years and over: take 2 caplets every 4 hours; swallow whole - do not crush, chew or dissolve. Children under 12 years: do not use these adult products in children under 12 years of age; this will provide more than the recommended dose (overdose) and may cause liver damage. Store between 68 to 77 degrees F (20 to 25 degrees C). Do not take the day and night caplets at the same time. Do not take more than a total of 12 caplets in a 24-hour period. Take only as directed. Do not use if carton is opened or if blister unit is broken. Do not use with other medicines containing acetaminophen. Alcohol Warning: If you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your doctor whether you should take acetaminophen or other pain relievers or fever reducers. Acetaminophen may cause liver damage. Do not use with any other product containing acetaminophen; if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug (If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking these products). Ask a doctor before use if you have heart disease; high blood pressure; thyroid disease; diabetes; trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland; a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis; glaucoma. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers. When using these products do not exceed recommended dosage. In addition, when using Tylenol Sinus Congestion & Pain Night: excitability may occur, especially in children; drowsiness may occur; alcohol, sedatives and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness; avoid alcoholic drinks; be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery. Stop use and ask a doctor if nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness occur; pain or nasal congestion gets worse or lasts more than 7 days; fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days; redness or swelling is present; new symptoms occur. These could be signs of a serious condition. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. Overdose Warning: Taking more than the recommended dose (overdose) may cause liver damage. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
