We couldn't even assemble it - it was impossible. One part was to be inserted into another but the hole was round while the part was flat on one end. There was NO way to instert it and no way to reshape the heavy-duty metal to make it fit. So we reluctantly had to return it.

Just starting out with walking. I didn't need a treadmill that triathletes train on. This is a good little treadmill. At first I thought it was underpowered but it's really not. The assembly wasn't hard, just needed a second set of hands for lifting. 2 things I noticed, the belt jerks a but when you change speeds. At one point I was slowing it down to step off when it actually sped up for a quick second then slowed down. someone that isn't sure footed might have fallen. Second thing I noticed was it was broken on the bottom where a bolt snapped off the plastic in packaging. Completely cosmetic and not worth lugging to my car for a return.

It came undamaged in a reasonable amount of time. I'm 5'3" 61 year old lady and I put it together by myself. The walking space is short but perfect for my stride. It doesn't make any loud noise as it runs. I read all the negative reviews before making my purchase and tried to address the issues I read about. I'm very happy with this purchase.

not quite as big as I thought it would be, just wide enough but definitely not long enough for me. my back heals hit the rear roller regularly so my stride has to be short and choppy instead of natural. that being said I have long legs for someone 6 feet tall. It does work as stated, and it beats walking out in the bad weather.

I've only had this treadmill for 2 weeks, so can't speak to the durability of it. I read the reviews here and on Amazon, and decided to take a chance. I needed one that was smaller as I live in a small place. The instructions for assembling it were confusing, but a call to tech support set me straight and I was up and running (well, actually walking) in about 30 minutes. The treadmill is fairly quiet and runs very smoothly. The extended arms are good for someone of my age, as I like the extra security, but they are wide enough apart that I can still swing my arms. The walking platform is long enough for me (5'4"), but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone over about 5'8". I occasionally still hit the back roller with my feet when walking fast. The downside is no incline adjustment, which I knew when I purchased it, but figured I can put a board under the front if the walking becomes too easy. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase, but am keeping the box "just in case" since Walmart has a generous 90 day return policy.
