I was misled online to thinking this was the mount - did not realize it was an install service until I was checking the order to find out why a mount was not delivered with the TV - I have cancelled this on the order and find out that it will take 4 - 6 weeks for a refund.
The order came in 2 different packages and didnt specify that. The service of having the tv mounted has been beyond bad. Hellotech keeps rescheduling my service to mount the tv and says that they do not have any tech in the area to install it. It's been weeks now and my new tv hasn't been even turned on yet because it hasn't been mounted.
This company will not book an appointment to install my TV. Their link to an automated scheduler keeps canceling every open slot I pick, with no reason or alternatives given. I called and got bounced 6 times and still no Rep would give me an appointment. Walmart needs to find a new tech supplier or refund me my $80.
I purchased a 50" tv, mount ing bracket, and installation. Your choice of installers is HELLOTEK. A company Walmart should be ashamed of your choice of installers. Their incompatence falls back on Walmart and I'm a good customer. I have scheduled install 4 times and 3 calls to Walmart Distribution and Helptech, no results. I'm requesting a refund for installation I paid ASAP.
it was the absolute worst experience I've ever had dealing with any company. I had to pay and get my TV installed on my own because the company kept rescheduling my install date. My fiance and I both work so we kept having to take off work in order to be there for the scheduled install. No whatever notify me to reschedule, they just would not show up. every time I will call and try and speak to someone, the representative was extremely rude. they were so rude until I couldn't take it any longer and I just said forget it. I asked for a refund and I still have not received my $85 refund.
