Battery won't hold a charge

Love this Jeep, plenty of room for 2 kids !

The back tires keep hooking and not moving intermittently.

overall, I am very happy with the jeep. There was a shipping delay some of the pieces have have discoloration and bent tabs from shipping. Walmart stepped up and gave me a small discount as I wouldn't have been able to get a replacement before Christmas. This is a well engineered toy for what it is. I consider power wheels to be the best brand in this category. the knock offs might look better from the outside, but this brand will last longer and is easier to get replacement parts for. I do wish there was some seat and pedal adjustment however, it is hard for my 3 year old to reach the pedal and steering wheel. I had to make a foam cushion for the back of the seat to push her forward and made a pedal extension so it's easier to push. All in all, she loves it. she likes that it has doors and a little bit of room in the back for her toys and dolls. The battery I got seems to be healthy unlike some other reviews I read. The main reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the battery charger you get is merely a small 12v power supply like something that would be used to power a cheap wifi router. It is a reach to call it a charger. It has no circuitry to charge a battery correctly, it is on all of the time. If you leave it on too long, it will overcharge the battery and ruin it. It would be more appropriate for it to have an indicator light that tells you when the battery is charged and it should stop charging or provide a float when the battery is charged so it could be left plugged in. I bought an aftermarket charger (chargenride) so I wouldn't have to worry about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boy is huskier than kids his age and he's too heavy for most of these ride ons. This one, though, is perfect for him. It moves freely and does well on all surfaces. I have a very happy boy that loves riding around!
