After using it twice, we thought the battery died and charged it for 24 hours, but doesn't seem to work. After hours of trying to figure out the issue, it seems to be either a connection issue from battery to motor or motor is already bad.

My 4 year old grandson loves his Spidey jeep. It's easy for him to drive. It goes forward and reverse. The charge seems to be working well. I haven't had to charge it yet since the initial charge and my grandson has been riding it around the block a few times. My husband put it together pretty quick without any problems.

I followed the charging directions to a T. The Jeep ran until the battery ran out of juice. And when I put it on the charger it would not charge period I now have a three hundred dollar jeep that I can't use because the battery is useless and walmart refuses to do anything about it
