Dyson - PH01 Pure Humidify + Cool Smart Tower Humidifier & Air Purifier - Black/Nickel

We have had our dyson for almost a month and what a difference of our air quality indoors! We both love how you can use the app on our phones so we can control the temperature and purifier if we aren't in and can view the pollution levels outside and inside from our app. My boyfriends mom has COPD and she even noticed the difference when she came to visit and she wasn't coughing at all! Thank you Dyson! Your products are top! Worth every dollar we spent on this machine!

I bought this a second time after returning the first because it wouldn't use any of the water in the tank after doing a deep clean cycle. I assumed I had just got a lemon machine because all my other Dyson products have been amazing. Well the second machine worked good for a couple of months and now when the machine asks to be deep cleaned it keeps pausing during the cycle and needs to be restarted every few seconds so I need to sit by the machine and keep turning it on and off to get it to run the deep clean cycle. For the price of this product I would not recommend purchasing it.

Really helped when we were suffering from dry skin itches during winter. Machine was malfunctioning after a month. It did take awhile but I was able to exchange my device for a new one that came in today and I am extremely grateful. They even sent me a box, since I totally destroyed the original and had Purolater pick up machine at my house, all paid for. Only reason I'm writing this review because I noticed many low reviews accusing Dyson of ripping them off and I totally disagree. They had no reason to exchange after my 30 days but they came through and I have no problem checking out all their products again. This is the only way I can think of to say THANK YOU

I purchased this just before Christmas hoping it would address my wife's dry skin and eczema. Doesn't seemed to have helped over the last two months and the water pump failed today, February 13th. First used December 6th, 2020. They are replacing the whole unit as new water pump not available but my confidence level in this product is low. I'd prefer a refund at this point.

Bought 2 of these units in June 2020. One developed a problem with the fan oscillation and displayed a warning symbol on the panel. The issue was resolved via a replacement unit from Dyson Canada. Our other unit developed a high-pitched, intermittent whining noise. We are keeping an eye on it and hoping we don't have to return it as well. Although Dyson has been excellent in their repose to us, our concern is for the longer term, post-warranty reliability. This is a very complex, expensive machine that, in theory, does a lot. If it works. I am hoping Dyson engineering is paying attention to the reliability concerns expressed both here and on other online platforms specifically regarding this product. I know this is a new product in the Dyson lineup and there will be hiccups. I hope there will also be fixes for us "early adopters" who have faith in the company. I would also suggest that all owners make sure to activate their machine's wi-fi so that Dyson can push out corrective software updates as they are produced. Time will tell with this product. My opinion may change. Right now I would not recommend to a friend. Certainly, if our replacement unit from Dyson also develops similar problems, my confidence level will drop further. In the meantime, I'm willing to see what happens next with our 2 units.
