First of all this is my first smart phone, had a flip phone for more than 10 years and this was cheap enough BUT I can't hear calls when I call someone got the volume turned up as loud as it will go and I still can't hear what the person is saying, it's hard to answer a call because you have to swipe to the righ and tab a green circle but as soon as I swipe I see the green circle then it's gone. I have missed more calls like that and can't seem to change the alarm to sound it's on vibrate and I can't put sound on it. also there a lot of unnecessary apps preloaded that I'll never use and I don't know if I can take them off or turn them off. That's Just a few of the things I don't like about it, I'm sure I'll find more in time

I bought this phone 1 year ago still works great good phone for it's priced.

I normally don't write reviews but I have had so many problems with this phone. it drops calls randomly, I bought a 16 gb sd card and it still didn't give me more storage, its very slow and freezes often and I lost all my pictures as soon as restarted it andthe camera quality is terrible and slow, I definitely would not recommend this phone to anybody

Does not have good service everywhere..dropped calls..or can't call out or receive calls sometimes..other wise love the phone but would like to know if the 5g service cards work on this phone.

Constantly dropping calls. Not sure if it's the phone or the total wireless service. Not satisfied at all.
