The screen display and camera rare mediocre. It would not recognize my 32 GB micro SD that worked fine in my other phone. The phone would not update to most recent B16 firmware. Had to send it in for warranty repalcement because I didn't discover the latter 2 problems until after the refund period expired. It took almost a month to get the replacement phone from the ZTE USA. After I received it, I gave it away. Sorry but I cannot recommend this phone. What any phone you you buy, put it through all of its paces immediately so that you can return it during the refund /excahnge period.

I highly recommend this phone. It has a fast processor, 16gb internal memory, which is really good. With 16gb of internal memory, applications can be updated without running out of memory and having to delete apps. For the price and the performance this phone is a steal.

Purchased 2 of rhese, one for $69(one day sale) and one for $99. I use one on cricket and the other as a backup. Very impressed with the performance of these ZTEs, battery life is excellent and screen is very good for 720p. If your looking a good phone at reasonable price it would be hard to find a comparable one at this price. Have paid at least 200-300 for phones with same specs. Very happy with this purchase.

Already had shared data plan. Popped out my sim card and put in this phone, started working right away. Great phone and price. I got for $ 80.00 on sale. Why pay 3 or 4 times as much for a phone. Phone works very good and easy to use. Very happy would buy again.

I love this phone. I am switching over from a Nokia Lumia Windows phone that was 8GB of memory, got hot when I used it and had limited apps. I've had it for three years, it was time for an upgrade. I was really confused as to which phone to buy, the ZTE Max 2 or the Samsung Go Prime Phone, so I bought both. I'm here to tell you that the ZTE Max 2 is a better phone than the Samsung Go Prime and I will be returning the Samsung Phone ASAP. I use cell phones for 5 reasons. #1 Phone Calls #2 Email #3 Apps/ Games #4 YouTube #5 Pictures/Videos. I also care about keyboard size and responsiveness, ease of use and phone memory. The ZTE Max 2 wins in all categories over the Samsung Go Prime. The screen of the Max 2 is 1/2 inch bigger, which is a plus to me. The Max 2 is brighter. The screen resolution is better. I watched the same YouTube videos side by side on both phones, the ZTE Max 2 looks so much better, the picture is higher definition on the Max 2. The sound on both is equal. They both get loud enough for my needs. I think the ZTE sound was a bit smoother because it's Dolby audio and the sound can be changed to different audio levels such as movie audio, game audio and music audio. I took multiple photos on both phones, the ZTE photos and videos were sharper and brighter. The Samsung photos looked really bad. I would not share the Samsung photos online/apps (such as Instagram or Facebook), but the ZTE takes quality pictures that are shareable online. The Gmail set up better on the ZTE Max. They are both very similar but I can see both of my Gmail accounts on the Max 2 making it easier to toggle between both accounts and with the Samsung I only see one at a time. It's not a big deal, but it just another example of where the Max is better in even the little things. The Max 2 interface is more user friendly, the icons are bigger, the keyboard has larger keys which makes it easier to peck the keys or swipe than the Samsung keyboard. Both keyboards have equal responsive times. I wish they both were a bit faster, but that's just me. I feel the processor speeds are pretty equal as well. In terms of internal memory, the ZTE Max 2 comes with 16 GB of memory and the Samsung Go Prime only has 8 GB of memory. Another thing I noticed was the battery got hot while using and especially charging the Samsung Prime. I don't feel the battery at all on the ZTE. Hot phones are a deal breaker for me. If you are debating over whether to get the ZTE Max 2 or Samsung Prime like I was, get the Max 2 it wins hands and feet down. I actually bought the ZTE on sale which is icing on the cake, but I would buy the ZTE all over again for its regular price of $99 and feel that it was money well spent. I read another review where the buyer had problems with the Max 2 screen. I haven't had any screen problems. If that's a concern for you, buy the extended warranty. I would only use this Samsung Phone if it was given to me and then I may not use it then because the battery gets so hot. I hope you all find a phone you love! *This phone is showing out-of-stock online and in stores, but the store I went to had phones on the shelf even though it was showing out of stock online. The Walmart clerk said the online inventory can't be trusted. So check/call your local store if you see a phone that you want, but it's showing out-of-stock online.
