Pedal into learning fun with the Fisher-Price Think & Learn Smart Cycle, where kids are in control of all the action and the more kids pedal, the more they can learn! Smart Cycle is equipped with Bluetooth Technology, so kids can play cool games on a tablet or TV screen for a fully immersive experience! (Check list of compatible devices below.) Games focus on skills preschoolers will need as they head into kindergarten--here's just a start of what they can learn: Letters & Phonics: Games like "Alphaballoons" prompt kids to find the starting letter of items they see on screen ("Buh-buh-ball!") As your child gains success, the words get trickier, which helps keep them growing. Spelling & Vocabulary: Kids can fly a drone in "Drone Zoom" to collect syllables and spell words or hit a target letter with a beach ball in "Balloon POP!" to spell words in Seaside Village. Sound like fun? It is--and it's also setting up a foundation for reading! Reading & Rhyming: Whether they're sorting & categorizing rhyming words at the factory, or finishing sentences in the "Match-A-Word" game, they're pedaling, steering and playing their way to becoming readers! Get the fun started by downloading the free Smart Cycle Mission to Tech City app, using your tablet or media streaming device (See list of compatible devices below). Then your little gamer can choose one of three destinations and which games they want to play. With more than 15 different levels of play, the Smart Cycle automatically adjusts content as your child learns. Remember, the faster they pedal, the faster the on-screen action--so get those legs moving! Download additional Smart Cycle apps, featuring characters from some of your child's favorite Nickelodeon shows, for even more high-speed learning fun focusing on different subjects. (Tablet, TV, and media streaming device not included.)

We (Santa) bought this for my 3 year old son. He was SO excited. It was easy to put together and download the app. But after two weeks the pedals no longer works to move the character in the app. The handle bars work and it's sync to the game. I will be contacting for a replacement as my so. Is beyond frustrated.

I bought this for my children for Christmas and also purchased a "compatible" 2nd Generation Amazon Fire Stick. After all of that, it says that the app is unavailable which makes no sense at all. Seeing other reviews, it sends seems very sad that Fisher Price has not resolved this issue, as I am not the only parent struggling with this. Expensive toy for it not to be accessible, despite having the "compatible" device. Please, can a representative reach out for support!

A friend gave this smart cycle as a gift for when my grandson visits. The hardware list of compatible devices includes my Samsung Note 8 (Android 9), but the play store won't let me download it because it says I don't have a compatible device. Then I borrowed my wifes tablet which seemed to work, but the cheap holding clamp constantly turned off the sound volume as my grandson pedals because the bike bounces the tablet. I would expect they will quit selling it soon because the word will spread about the poor design and the family unfriendly game pricing. No doubt those sales numbers are already trending down. 3 of the 4 apps require in-app purchases to do ANYTHING. This is terrible because A. The apps do nothing without the in-app purchase and B. In-app purchases prevent family sharing so my kids can't both use the apps that I broke down and bought. Given that they do literally nothing without the in-app purchase, they should just have an honest, up-front cost and be able to be shared via family purchases.

I brought this for my son for Christmas. I normally blindly trust fisher price. I ordered on amazon to Singapore. The first I got the pedals don't work, so I returned and got a second which still doesn't work. Though fisher price delivers international, there seems to be no one I can call on the matter. Who can you call to see what to do? Fisher price please don't cut and paste the same response and give me a rep solution.
