Total Wireless Alcatel One Touch POP Icon Prepaid Smartphone

Not enough storage for more than a few apps. I end up having to swap out apps. You can't remove pre-installed apps that you would never use. Adding more memory by card does not help because apps can't be saved to the card--only pictures, documents, videos (? maybe music). Charging port is temperamental. Seems to be charging phone fine, then checking phone later (without it being moved) shows that charging is not occurring. Using different cables doesn't help. Randomly reboots self without even being in use. Other times, it just turns off with no reason. If it does its self- reboot and if you aren't aware of it, message and missed call notifications in the top bar disappear. Picture quality is mediocre at best. I had this for Tracfone--absolutely no coverage in Alaska. The overall sound of the phone is good.

SAVE your money! This is the most complicated, no information with it everything you want to find ends up sending you to google to download aps that you dont need, like delete messages etc. I would give it LESS than one star. It is junk!

This is the WORST phone ever. Has no no storage and adding an SD card does not help because you cannot download apps to the SD card or move them from phone storage to the SD card. After 1 month of owning the phone, you will not be able to make calls or send text messages because the memory is full!

Freezes up 75% of the time. All apps randomly crash/close. Touch screen not very responsive. As time has went on, it has gotten worse; to the point it now won't open any apps and barely will open text half the time. I normally do not write reviews for products, but this "phone" has been such a horrendous piece of junk, I felt obliged to warn interested people. I bought one of these back when they were $150. I wasn't expecting Galaxy s6 for this price, but this has got to be hands down the worst phone I have ever had. After reading many other reviews from other sites as well (wish I had done before I bought it) it seems to be the general consensus. Stay far away from Alcatel. Far, far away.

This is one of the worst phones I have ever had an only have had it a couple months it's slow and inputs random words also has been making a loud humming or buzzing sound and restarts itself 2-3 times a day
