I have had this mower since May of 2012 and it has never failed me once. The quality of this mower is second to none, much better built than my previous Craftsman mower. I think the hardest part was getting used to having a cord to maneuver as well, but with a little patience, it's not an issue. My favorite feature is the simple starting, just push a button and pull the lever back. I love being able to shut the mower off for a second to move a stick or rock out of the way, then starting it back up with NO effort. The original blade lasted 3 seasons and a factory replacement only costs about $10. This mower can't be beat, I love mine!

I love that it was very easy to put together. The lawnmower itself is very light and easy to push! I also found that it was easy to clean when I was done. I get that high marks!

My wife and I selected the Site-to-Store option, the product arrived a week earlier than was promised at the 'checkout' so that was great. For somebody with a bad back, this lawn mower is excellent -- surprisingly very light and quite easy to handle. Of course the inconvenience of the cord is expected -- however we prefer this versus the maintenance/weight of our old gas-driven mower. We also love that our new mower folds and stores easily. Great product, reasonably priced. The only reason we did not give this an excellent rating is because we only had it for a couple of weeks and not enough time to verify the quality and life of this item (if it breaks down too soon, if it actually requires a lot of maintenance, etc). So far, we're very happy with this mower.

I chose to buy my lawnmower elsewhere because it took too long to have it shipped to the store. I tried to track my purchase, but your system for tracking is terrible. It told me the day it what shipped and I waited day by day for it to arrive. After a week and a half later, I found another one. The next day it arrived at the Walmart store. Sorry, it seemed like a great lawnmower, but I was in the dark until it was too late.

I paid for my mower on June 16. It finally arrived at my store on June 29. I recently bought a product from China. I received it in 6 days. It took Walmart nearly twice as long to get my mower from where ever to my store in Bonham, Texas than it took China to get the product I bought from there to get to my front door. Three days after I received my lawn mower Walmart sent me an email saying my mower is being delayed in shipment. Walmart needs to work on that problem.
