If you are considering getting a portable Bluetooth speaker, this is the one! It's easy to connect to any phone, the sound quality is amazing, and the bass boost is incredible! You can download the Soundcore app for more options: sleep timer, custom equalizer, etc. I can't recommend this speaker enough! It has a good weight to it, but it's not heavy. It has a hook so you can hang it if you want. When turned up, it can be used on its own for a party experience.

This Wild Proof speaker took a long time to pair with my phone.  I turned on the bluetooth and was unable to find it as a device my phone could connect to for about a half hour.  The speaker finally was found as an option and from that point on was very easy to set up. It is very heavy for a portable speaker and has a nice layer of plastic coating the outer edges.  I used it mainly outside while working a fireworks tent and sat it on a few boxes.  It was windy each day and the speaker didn't budge.  It also had some grips at the bottom of the speaker to help keep it steady.  The speaker was left inside the tent playing music as I took a break and I was still able to hear it clearly from 50 feet away.  The buttons are easy to push and the sound was very clear at all volume levels.  I used it over four hours and never had a problem with power.  My phone was up to 30 feet away from the speaker at times out in the open tent and it never lost connection.

Overall a pretty good speaker. The sound is pretty loud and clear. Only one side of the speaker plays whatever it is that you are trying to play though while the other side is only active when you turn on the bass booster button and literally only plays bass. This in my opinion is kinda stupid because the bass speaker isn't all that powerful so it seems like kinda a waste of a speaker. Additionally, the control buttons are the same color as the speaker, black, so it is pretty hard to see which button is which even in great lighting. The speaker also has that stupid rubber flap that covers the charger port but that is basically standard with waterproof speakers. The speaker has a great battery life. I have had it about 2 weeks and use it for like an hour every day sometimes more and it is still going. It does not however have a battery life indicator so that's a pretty big draw back. Overall the pros of the speaker definitely outweigh the cons. This speaker is awesome. I love that it is waterproof. I mainly use it in the bathroom during showers and don't have to worry about the steam affecting the speaker. The sound quality is great and can get very loud. The overall look of the speaker is very sleek and overall not too heavy. It was very simple to connect via bluetooth, I didn't even have to use the directions. Overall, I love this speaker and use it everyday!

I wanted to get this speaker to listen to music while taking a shower. It works just as described. It was super simple to hook up to my phone. The quality of sound is very high and the speaker is very easy to use. I'm back to singing in the shower again!
