It just suddenly quit working. Worked great when I first bought it. Used it a few times. Hadn't used it in about a month and went to turn it on and nothing. The power light comes on but nothing else won't connect won't play music won't do anything plugged in or not plugged in. Don't waste your money.

The sound keeps skipping (Pandora, Soundcore (Their own app), Spotify. I try with another phone and the same problem. My phone is an Samsung S10 Note pretty new and should have any problem with that but it does. Try with another phone same problem, the music keeps skipping. You do not want that problem when your in the music zone and songs keeps skipping. I was so happy about this speaker until that started to happen. I don't know what to do, get my money back (return) or replace and face the same problem later on. It's a real shame cause I really love the speaker size, the light and everything about it (physical). Even the quality of the songs, until it keeps skipping over and over again. Not fun at all.

Lights look good. Speaker is well built. But what's important is the sound. Out of the box, the sound is just okay. Not well balanced, and not much deep bass. That's where the Soundcore app comes in to save the day. It offers a customizable equalizer. Using this custom EQ I was able to clean up the sound and make the speaker sound pretty good. Except for one catch: the bass. As long as I played it below 75% volume, the bass is quite weak for such a large speaker. Above 75% volume, the bass is impressively strong and deep. So there's a lack of proper audio processing. They did not add any additional boost to the bass around 40-100hz by default, resulting in a weak sound unless the speaker is blasting. And even with the bass turned up all the way in the custom EQ it just does not deliver until you blast it. But, as this is marketed as a party speaker, I guess most use cases would be in higher volume, so bass shouldn't be a problem for most. Which is why i'll still give it 3 stars. I really do enjoy the speaker as long as I can get enough bass out of it. I also hope they release a firmware update to improve the bass response in lower volumes. It's not a matter of if it's possible or not, as the app supports firmware updates for the speaker. It's a matter of if they will bother to do so or not.

Really high quality speaker for party. Nice quality. Shipping was very slow. Speaker is modern and looks awesome. Packaging is very nice also. Sound quality is really good so you can have this up really loud for a party or bbq or any type of get together. This would be really great for a pool party.
