Midea 50 pt Dehumidifier in White - Energy Star Certified, Auto Restart, 24 Hour Timer

VERY quiet running machine and has been working tirelessly for a full month. I didn't give this a 5 rating because I liked the bucket much better on my past dehumidifier as it seemed much more sturdy and this one has a handle that I suspect will not last as long as the machine. On that subject I have only had it for a month and my last dehumidifier lasted 30 years and I can only hope but can't verify longevity this early. Fair price - not cheap but I generally shoot for a mid priced item.

I had never heard of Arctic King before getting this dehumidifier, but I am going to remember this name for the future. It is quiet, holds 35 pints of water, and is very easy to operate. We have ours located in our laundry room in the basement, and I only have to empty it about every three days. (We are in summer right now). There's a red light on top that goes on when the tank is full, and you simply pull out the bottom bucket, dump the water, and put the bucket back in. So simple! I also love the easy to use controls to keep the perfect amount of moisture in the air. Love this dehumidifier so far!

I love that it comes with an attachment allowing me to connect a hose, which is a convenient feature thus saving me time and hassle of needing to empty the water. This is a great feature for when I'm away from home for longer periods of time. Simple to set up, maneuvers easily and does what it's supposed to.

It has made a huge difference in that "wet musty" smell. The machine itself is easy to plug and start. It runs quieter than my old one and sounds more like white noise than a machine running. The bucket took me a few tries to get the hang of putting it back in. I will be buying another for my parents basement.

This worked fantastically! It pulled all the humidity out and it's now comfortable to be upstairs! I live in the south and the humidity can be awful. This has been a lifesaver! I can enjoy my home again and not be uncomfortable! I highly recommend this for anyone who suffers with high humidity in their home!
