Sharp broken plastic found in the mix of the Royal Basmati Rice. Often, you would read packed rice stating to add water and cook. It is always good to run your fingers in the rice you are about to cook and actually rinse it. Otherwise, you would eat large, sharp, hard plastic pieces that might just break your teeth or tear your esophagus or intestine. Watch out for this product.

I purchased two Twenty Pounds bags of Basmati Rice online @walmart. The first bag was fine, I had no problem with it. I just proceeded to open the second. bag and behold the seal on the zipper is not there, not only that the Plastic Bag that the Rice is in also have a small tear. it looks like someone used a sharp cutting tool to open it. I've called walmart several times today to no avail. One person put me on hold for approximately 37 minutes until the phine cut off. Walmart this is no good, its not right.

I like Basmati rice it's my favorite, even though it's a little more expensive than other kinds. this seems like quality brand and the bag zips back up, that's a nice feature. I'll buy it again and I'll recommend it to anyone who would like a suggestion.

Very happy with this purchase! The rice smells wonderful while cooking and tastes authentic. I've tried other basmati brands before, but this one is by far the best for flavor and texture. The 20 lb bag is perfect for a family like mine. Cooks well every time, and the grains are perfect for biryani, pulao, or plain steamed rice.

I'm no rice connoisseur, but let me tell you, this bag is perhaps the biggest bang for your buck. My gut and taste buds don't do well with long-grain brown basmati rice, but this white version is both easily digestible and delectable These bags are foremost in my very natural diet; I use them for a highly active and cognitively intense lifestyle, and they never fail me. I throw a few cups in my rice cooker, with just a bit of pink Himalayan salt, and the rice comes out, great as rice. It goes well with poached eggs and salmon, too A touch of olive or sesame oil complements the grainy texture nicely, with moisture, softness, and less clumping, but I've done perfectly fine without them Roughly 32k calories for $20 at the time of this review. Non-GMO Project verified. Shipping is pristeen. What's not to like if you just want rice—nothing more, nothing less ;) Natural Diet Notes: 1) A few of the right salts, oils and spices, elevate a bare-bones dish. I've seldom to ever bothered with this, until I cut all ultra-processed foods from my diet. 2) Our American diet uses 'natural flavors' to numb taste buds with excess. Experimenting with a few core staples works wonders for appreciating the eclectic profiles of foods
