So far so good. It has been used both by my husband and son. This is the first time they have used such thing. Works great and they are pleased with it. Belt is extendable and got a lot of great feature. Batteries included. Recommended for beginners.

This Beurer Abdominal Muscle EMS Belt is very nice. now i will say that it falls short in some areas for me, maybe due to the fact that i am big. but i just feel like the belt is not wide nor long enough to fit my full stomach, meaning i cant get a full body part worked out at a time. but aside from that the movement an felling is good enough for me seeing that i dont want anything too fast on my one body that i will always have. i want to take it slow and easy not i dont want something that is going to make me fell like i did 100 pushups when i know i didnt or cant. ii also used this on my thighs and will try on my arm last. i have had no results yet of course in the week that i have used this, but it is comfortable enough that i will use it daily with it being a task. i do really wish it was wider though.

When you increase the intensity it becomes more, well – intense and tickles at first before the muscles contract and relax. Keeping the sensors and skin wet might be difficult in the cooler time of the year. The belt needs water on the skin and sensors to work properly. It will be best to use lithium AAA batteries in the control unit for long lasting operation. I recommend this product and give it *** (3) stars.

This item didn't work for me at all. The introductions say to start at level 1, so I did, but I didn't feel anything at all. The levels go up to 5, and I turned it all the way up, but I didn't feel anything. So if your obese, like me, it doesn't work at all. However, it does come with an extender so it did fit me.
