fda cleared ireliev tens unit + ems 14 therapy modes, premium pain relief and recovery system, rechargeable, large back lit display, large and small electrode pads

I previously owned a TENS 7000 but sent it back because I felt the controls were too sensitive and I preferred a digital adjustment. I purchased the iReliev because it was rechargeable and had digital adjustment. Unfortunately, the wavelengths in the iReliev are not as strong as those in my other TENS (300/150), resulting in less pain relief. I now wish I’d kept my original unit.

The actual TENS aspect of the unit works great, and I haven't had any issues with the wireless functionality of the device, however the units that connect to the pads are so heavy that they constantly fall off. Doesn't matter how sticky and brand new the pads are, the machine that they are connected to that delivers the charge is too heavy to properly adhese onto your body. The only way these work for me is if I lay down or sit in a chair so that something is pressing against the pads to keep them in place. I bought this system so that I might be able to use it while standing and doing light work around my home without the burden of wires jumbled all around my body, but this system doesnt allow me to do that and I actually have ended up using my older wired unit more than this one because at least the pads stay on when I am standing up or walking around. The idea of this device is lovely but I was very disappointed in how poorly it works for how it is advertised, especially for the high price.

I tripped and fell over a pallet that was left on the floor of my local grocery store. I don't tolerate pain pills and I want to get better. My Physical Therapist recommended this brand and this machine after I responded so well to the TENS treatment she gave me. I was a little unsure that an in-home unit could provide the same level of relief that I got from the commercial machine used by PT. This machine delivers exactly the same relief. This is a quality machine, at an amazingly affordable price. That I can use it at home is party-bonus.

Arthritis and nerve pain is no picnic. My PCP recommended purchasing a TENS unit; after researching many brands and models, I found iReliev ET-8080 to be the best for me. I have used it daily for the past two weeks and am not only thrilled with the purchase, but thrilled to be temporarily relieved of neck and back pain. The unit is compact, VERY easy to use, portable, holds a nice charge, works as advertised and is visually pleasing. The instruction manual is clear, concise, easy to read and easy to find the answer to every question. The only issue I have encountered is that living alone, I find it difficult to place the electrode pads on my back where I need them the most. I am over the moon happy with this purchase. BEST investment in a health care product that I've made! Thank You iReliev!!!

Got this as a gift for my husband, who has chronic lower back pain, but have been using it just as much to help my muscles recover from a workout. He uses the TENS mode and I use the EMS mode. Love that there are so many programs and levels to choose from!
