I have 1 acre of land, but didn't want to go all out and buy a riding mower, so i decided on a self-propelled. I liked the features available with this model, and the price was right. I use it every 10 days or so, and have had zero problems. Having such a large area to mow it takes 2 and1/2 hours, but the speed at which the self-propelled runs is great. Also, I use less than 2 tanks of gas each time I mow. For perspective, I have a 2 gallon gas can and I mowed the yard 7 times before I had to fill the can again. I am very pleased with this mower and would recommend it to any looking for a reliable mower at a great price!

Bought it from our local store. Got it to my house, and gased it up and oiled it up. It started easy, a couple of pulls of the rope, that was it. However, it idled rough and as soon as I tried to mow it died. I restarted it and I thought perhaps it just needed to warm up. However it would run about a minute and die. We repeated this scenario several times. I'm giving up, It's going back. I thought you couldn't go wrong with a Brigs and Stratton engine. I guessed wrong.

The first time I used this mower, it worked like a charm. The second time I used it, the self propell quit working and the bolts fell out of the handle. I figured I would just push it the next time without the self propell, it was too heavy though, and when I started it, the belt fell off and got chopped up in the blades. This mower is of poor quality. Definitely avoid this purchase.

Purchased one of these during the week. On first use, back left wheel broke. Got a replacement at Walmart and before I took it out of the box, the front left wheel was broken. To me 3 strikes and you are out. I'll try one more time. Price is good if it works, but does not seem like it will

I bought this mower about 2 months ago and am very happy with it so far. It starts the first time, every time, and pulls my sloped terrain very good. I mow about 2/3 of an acre every 2 weeks and it has yet to fail me in any respect. It is on the heavy side but certainly not that bothersome. It's been a good mower for my needs.
