Chaco Dog Leashes N/A

I was excited to get another Chaco leash for my new puppy. We have really enjoyed our other dog’s Chaco leash that we’ve used for a few years now. Unfortunately the new leash is of much lesser quality than the former. The material is at least half as thick as the older one, to the point the buckle part won’t hold it in place. The slightest tension causes it to immediately tighten. I am incredibly disappointed, especially after recommending Chaco’s leashes to so many people. I won’t be purchasing again.

The material is too smooth and not wide enough to get a nice grip on the leash. I have a puppy who likes to pull and I've had to get a different leash. This is also the only leash I've owned that gives me rope burns (I've had two other dogs and I've worked for a groomer.) Super cute and I love that the leash matches the collars but coming from a company I stand behind, I expect more.

Over the years I've tried many leashes for my Service Dog. I had such a hard time finding one that did not invade on our abilities to work together. When I found out my favorite shoe brand made leashes, I immediately got one. I have both a small and long one; I use them everyday and they haven't worn at all over the past four years. We're able to do normal college student activities including hiking and running with this leash. It has performed more than leashes five times it's price. I get compliments on the leashes all the time and people constantly ask where I got them from. They cannot believe the price.9 I'm saving up to buy a matching shoe and leash/collar combination for us. These are worth every penny.

This product is excellent. I love the adjustable handle so that it can be worn hands free or used regularly. I thought there may be issues with the handle breaking free if my dog pulled too hard but I have not had any issues yet. I would buy this product again. 10/10 highly recommend

First off, I am a huge chacos fan and I own many of your products and have never had a problem with any of them! This leash is amazing the way it's designed. Unfortunately, it wore through and snapped in two after being rubbed against a picnic table for a short period of time. It's just a little thin for being out in the woods roughing it with your dog, but great for walks and running.
